GO AI does not operate as an investment platform, does not accept investment deposits, does not pool customer funds, and does not pay “old investors” with money from “new investors.” Customers maintain control of their own funds in their own broker accounts. GO AI provides access to software, tools, education, and related services.

Because this is a very serious allegation, we have requested more information through Trustpilot so we can verify whether this review is connected to an actual customer experience. If you have specific facts, account details, or support history related to your claim, please provide them through Trustpilot’s verification process or contact our support/compliance team directly.

To clarify for anyone reading, GO AI does not hold, manage, or trade customer funds, and we do not place trades on anyone’s behalf. Our services provide educational resources, software, and tools, while each user remains fully responsible for their own trading decisions, risk management, and broker account activity.

Because of that, any market losses in a self-directed trading account are separate from the subscription fee paid to our company. The amount referenced in your review also does not appear to match the amount paid to GO AI based on our records.

Trading carries substantial risk, and outcomes can vary significantly depending on position size, leverage, stop-loss usage, and how trades are managed.
