GO AI is not an investment company, does not accept investment deposits, does not pool customer funds, and does not pay returns using money from other customers. Members maintain control of their own funds and accounts. GO AI provides education, software tools, AI-driven resources, community training, and support designed to help people learn and build skills in trading, technology, marketing, and personal development.

We also want to clarify that our tools are not simply “ChatGPT.” GO AI has invested significant capital into platform development, AI tool creation, infrastructure, education, and ongoing monthly enhancements. The goal is to provide members with structured tools, training, support, and a community experience that cannot be replicated by a basic chatbot prompt.

We understand that GO AI may not be the right fit for everyone. However, calling the company a scam or Ponzi scheme is a serious allegation, and we believe public reviews should be factual, specific, and based on a genuine customer experience.

We have requested more information through Trustpilot so we can verify this review and better understand the customer experience being referenced. Anyone with a legitimate support concern is always welcome to contact our team directly so we can review it properly.
