I reported my plumbing problem mid morning and was told a plumbing engineer would arrive between 1 - 5.30pm and he did, at 2.20 so I was very pleased.
Costica was excellent, pleasant, professional and soon got the job done, inspite of the overwhelming heat! Thank you to him and to your Company, for your efficiency.

It's taken a few attempts to resolve a problem with noisy pipework but following Brandon's visit I'm confident it's now solved. He was very thorough in diagnosing and then coming up with the fix needed, explaining exactly what he believed was the cause and how he solved it. I cannot thank him enough but would also say all of the staff I've dealt with have been polite and a pleasure to deal with.

Within an hour or so of the referral, Jordan gave us a two hour window and arrived at the beginning of it. He quickly diagnosed the problem and managed to negotiate the physically awkward location of the shower pipe leak under our bath. Within half an hour he'd replaced the perished pipe and got our water up and running again. Prompt, friendly and efficient.

Costica from Go2Gas did a brilliant job of our toilet repair. We had trouble with a broken/detached waste pipe and he sorted this in 30 mins and bolted the bowel back to the floor too.

I rang to arrange another plumber as the first one arranged, didnt contact me or answer my calls or email. The second one given phoned me and said the plumber will be with me in 15 minutes and sure enough George turned up, looked at the toilet flush not working, went to his van and found a similar flush. It took him 10 minutes to replace and complete the fitment. Very impressed and will have George sort out any plumbing needs I may have in the future. Thank you to Go 2 Gas solutions ltd.

Tyler attended to our bathroom leak. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the issue within the hour. Explained what he did and how the issue came about. He also explained how he had resolved the issue. He gave us peace of mind. He’s highly recommended.

We are based at LE2 and Ryan from Go2 gas was sent to us on Thursday 10th of April 2025 and we were his first job for that day. We had no hot water or heating and Go2gas sent Ryan within 24hours. Ryan was on time, extremely knowledgeable, professional and knew exactly what the issue was from just looking at the boiler. Ryan managed to fix the problem very quickly and replaced the necessary parts. He also left us with instructions and explained the problem to us. Brandon sorted out a mega flow boiler within 10 minutes after we were without hot water for 3 weeks. He saw what 4 other engineers failed to spot and within 10 minutes we had hot water again. Not to mention what a lovely friendly guy he was. He was a credit to his company in every way.

Initially I called these guy's from My Anglian Water CET as I'm currently on the Priority services register and needed to get a repair to a dripping tap and as a Shared ownership I would normally pay but luckily got put in touch these Guy's - Go to Gas ltd and guy came out was really good and went the extra mile and gave me a new tap as couldn't replace washers on my existing one , a little difficult to fit but the engineer Tyler's perseverance really paid off as nice new Tap now .. Bonus! thanks again to Tyler mate - much appreciated 👍
