I have learned so much from Craftsy. I have help with my polymer clay, learned to draw for my tutorials, learned new ways to do all most everything. Love this site.

Wide variety of classes, quality instructors and video.

The range of crafting classes, materials and instructors is exceptional. I know that I can go to Craftsy and find help with technique and making beautiful crafts. The price point for all this access is affordable.

I love the Craftsy platform. It is filled with experts in the fields who give clear instructions on interesting projects and techniques. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars was because I’m not real happy with the web page platform, especially when ordering products that are on multiple pages.
However. these technical issues do not keep me from staying a premier member.

This is a great site for you to explore various hobbies. There are loads of comprehensive videos/classes by experts on a variety of crafts. You can watch these classes at your leisure as many times as you need to. They also have good offers allowing you to buy the classes for a discounted price. I have bought several. This is an excellent way to sample a new craft/technique.

I have been a member of Craftsy for years. They are always bringing in new content and their instructors are top notch. They have something for everyone, from woodworking to knitting.

This is such an amazing website. I've learnt hraps and I'm always searching.

Borderline criminal behaviour, substandard customer support.

My partner has recently noticed money taken (£100 or so) for a membership, despite having no membership purchase history on account. The customer support are seemingly unable to grasp this fact, but what's more worrying, money seems to have been taken for 3 years, and they have addresses on account that they couldn't know.
There simply are better companies offering the same service. Avoid this one.

Edit: I'm also not going to make an international call to solve this. If the company cares, we can solve it over email (they are refusing to refund, despite not having logged in for over a year).

As so many of you I got an offer last year, that I could get crafty for a year for the nice price of $1.86. it was Oct 18th 2024.
On Oct 8th I recieve an email from Paypal that states that craftsy has charged my account (credit card) $153.75. 10 days before my subscription renewal date.
Like so many others I get bombarded with mails from them, that I ignore them. My mistake. HOWEVER I went over my mails to see if I missed something, and to my surprise there is an email on Oct 8th from craftsy, that reminds me of an upcoming payment. In said mail they write that if I don't cancel my subscription by 10th of July 2025 I will get charged for the next subscription period. How could I possible know this or do this when I get the mail on Oct 8th 2025??
I read the cancellation policy and from what I gather I could cancel anytime before the due date of the renewal, and I wouldn't have to pay. I did this immediately but I still got charged. I have tried contacting them for a refund, but again as so many of you write, no response what so ever!

I love Craftsy because they have very good teachers in their videos ,and they have videos for all my creative interests .My main interests are sewing ,but i have used other videos too like baking ,woodworking etc. And it is not expencive ,I have been a member for years.

I’m a Craftsy member since2010 because I fell for parchwork and quilting and I still love it. There is so much to discover I totally recommend the classes taucht by Carol Doak and Mimi Dietrichs.They are natural born teachers.

I had technical issues with the website and requested a refund. Craftsy canceled my order and refunded me within hours.

Such a great site! So many crafts to choose from it will keep you entertained for hours. And you learn something in the process!

I rejoined Craftsy as I have always enjoyed it. The classes are fantastic as are the variety to choose from. Whether you are young or in your 70’s or older, you can always learn new and exciting things!

I was promised 1,500 points in the Mnet+ app if I signed up for a membership to Craftsy. I never received the points so I filed a report. Craftsy is claiming that I didn't complete the sign-up correctly, but I absolutely did and my card was charged. Since they lied about granting me the points, I want a refund of what I paid. If you are considering a similar offer for points in an app, you WILL NOT get them - avoid Craftsy!

This site has great crochet patterns and wonderful tutorials!

Lots of classes. Good quality videos. Great variety and lots of choices. Fantastic teachers, Sales on frequently. Patterns available. Good value for the price of membership.

Craftsy tried charging a bank card today that they don’t have the details for on my profile. I cancelled my subscription last year after they charged me without notifying me of my subscription continuation. Always cancel the subscription as they never notify you that it continues. It does not allow deleting data on profile or to unlink paypal. How they found my card details that are not linked to my paypal I have no idea. I emailed them to delete my account but no reply. The charging or my card I will in any case report to the FTC and BBB.

if you love crafting you should really invest on crafty suscription its really worth it

The Craftsy content is excellent. I’ve become a much better knitter myself, quilter, weaver, and spinner because of the Craftsy classes I’ve taken.

The app needs some serious attention but the classes are really great.
