I got a gift card and it didn't worked. After calling them and open the case they told us to wait 2-3 weeks to fix your issue. 2 month past nothing happened and We tried to use it. it didn't work no where that back if the card mentioned. We called them back they told us the address that we gave them for the case it's not matching with our address ( with is a big lie) we just had one address in our entire life and I gave them the same address. So basically after transferring us to each other for more than 2 hours. They said we are so sorry we can't help and hanged up on us. Like it's not even scam it's stealing in day light.

This gift card is the worst! It was a Christmas gift. I’ve tried it 3 different times at one of the restaurants on the front. None would accept it. Told me I needed some type of code or email. I’ve called the number on the card. Told me I had to go the restaurants website. Looked then called the restaurants helpline. It’s a complete scam.

Tried to use the card at Lowes and Ulta, both declined. This is a scam, do not buy!!

If I could leave less than a 1-star review, I would!

I received this gift card at a baby shower (as a game prize). I tried to use it at Ulta but the cashier could not get it to work. After wasting everyone's time at the store, I paid out of pocket and decided to resolve the issue on my time.

I ended up calling later to try and see why the card would not work and resolve the issue. Apparently, because the cashier tried to use the card as credit (without indicating the card amount first) they put a hold on the card. They walked me through getting a replacement (which took 45 minutes over the phone with multiple times placed on hold) and finally told me I needed to send a picture of the purchase receipt.

They expect me to track down the person who purchased this card for a baby shower gift and ask them for the purchase receipt. TACKY and ABSURD! I asked to speak to a supervisor and they just left me on hold.

NEVER get this as a gift for someone. It will only be a hassle for them!!!

Horrible... just horrible.

Horrible co. I got this gift card on a deal at HEB (will be letting them know of my experience too). I used it once in Oct no problem. Then a week or so ago I tried to use for the remaining $95 balance. Card would not work. So Lowes rep called - took us forever to talk to someonne and they had to send a new card. Rep told me it would come by fed ex (it did not - came by regular mail). There was not a notification that it was on its way either (and Houston has been having big mail problems since Nov). This was a hassle as I bought this card for Lowes and wanted to use it all that day. So I had to put everything on my regular mastercard. I got the new card yesterday and called the number provided to activate. It said there was an error and routed me to a rep for activation. The rep- put me on hold twice and then came on and said she could NOT activate the card. I am like "what?" that is not what the voice message says. Then she had me read her the instructions on letter and I told her I had followed them. She then told me to go to website to activate - although nothing was said on the letter nor on the card about doing so. She kept saying she could not activate the card even with all the card info. I go to the website and there is no where on the site to activate. So I was thinking I would call the next day again and speak to a supervisor since it was after 11 pm but decide to call one more time to activate. This time I got a different rep. He also took card informationand did hem haw a bit but he did say he would get it activated. Took him a bit but he said he had completed it and to check back in a hour on web site. I had to work early so went to bed. Today on way home I pulled over and went to website to make sure legit and it was ...finally - Thanks Rep AAron. I then had to go to Lowes and have them refund the purchases from my mastercard and then re ring using the gift card (wanted to get rid of this stupid card while it was working). That took awhile too as I had to deal with a different customer service rep than I did the first day. So a lot of time and energy just to use this stupid gift card. Will never buy this brand again. BEWARE !!

Could not use the gift card at the listed vendor (Cold Stone). Was told that I need to wait until the specific merchant was listed on their end. The merchant is not new. It's been more than a month with no resolution.

Couldn’t use the card in Panera app, despite it being listed as compatible

Just received a Go Gift Card as a house warming gift. 1st. It sucks you can only use at select merchants. 2nd Bed Bath and Beyond has went out of business so why is it listed on the card. 3rd my card DECLINED even with an active status of $100 at Lowe’s multiple times. When I called they told me to go to another Lowe’s, it’s a “security feature”. After reading everyone else’s reviews I won’t even bother. Seems like it’s going to decline everywhere.

cashiers at the counter of red lobster and at cracker barrel refuses to honor it! i verified with the manager by calling you folks and verified it was worth $25.00. HOWEVER IT DOES NOT WORK AT THESE RESTAURANTS! VERY,VERY EMBARRASSING..
VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES FOR GO-GIFT CARD. MY COMPANY WILL NOT SUPPORT THIS SCAMMING OPERATION.

I have received a gift card and tried to use it multiple times! Finally got a person on the phone and they told me I cannot use it because ai got locked out that i should try another shop! I asked for a new card since this one isn’t working and they said they can’t do it! If I have a gift card I should be able to shop wherever I want!

I have tried various times at various places to use this card to no avail. When I check my balance it says it’s there but trying to use it is impossible!! Online cannot be used at all and I even tried in person at Lowe’s and no luck. After reading all the other reviews I guess I’m just going to have to kiss this card goodbye. I hate it because it was a birthday gift from my granddaughter but have no idea how else to get the money? Going to let her and everyone else I know not to buy a Go Gift Card!! What a scam

We got a Go-GiftCard for our Anniversary. It turned out to be a nightmare. We wanted to use it at a local Cheesecake Factory. We tried placing an online order, but it wouldn't go through as a payment. After three phone calls to the Cheesecake Factory near us, we were told we'd have to register the card through Go-GiftCard first. After two failed attempts online, as we couldn't get a pin#, we called the 833# at Go-GiftCard. It took two attempts to even get an answer. When we did, the male Operator didn't understand English. We kept asking to speak to someone who understood English, but got ignored. We gave up and called Cheesecake Factory and spoke with a Manager. Then we were able to place an order for pickup over the phone. The Staff at Cheesecake Factory was able to use the card for payment, but the entire endeavor took well over an hour. Do yourself a favor and DON'T buy a Go-GiftCard....it'll be a hassle once you try to use it.

NEVER USE A GO GIFTCARD EVER!!! I was gifted a $100 card and drove an hour to the closest Outback Steakhouse for my birthday. Bill was $140+ and what do you know but they couldn't get the gift card to work. I ended up coming out of pocket for the money and the agent I called only told me to try and use it at another merchant. That does me no good!! I called again a few days later and pretty sure I spoke to the same exact person who said they would open a ticket to look into it but it would take a few weeks. What a load of crap!

The gift card cannot be used in store or online. The card was a gift from a family member who now seems to have been cheated out of paying $50 for a gift card scam. I called Go-GiftCard 833-322-6850 Customer Service and could not get a "human" to answer the phone. I selected the Lost or Stolen option and finally got a person to talk to. They said the gift card has to be used for only the amount of the gift card: meaning, if your purchase is $79.00, you must pay $29.00 first and then swipe your gift card for $50.00. Who conducts sales like this? Gift cards have always been used first and the remaining balance paid by another form of payment. Seriously, if someone can explain this, I'd like to know. I called their customer service twice (both times having to go through the Lost or Stolen option) and both representatives said the same thing (from their script). This card is a waste of money and I do not recommend it. They are scamming consumers by not having to pay the retailers the money owed for use of their cards. I will be reporting them to the BBB and am probably not the first to do so.

Card cannot be used online. Who actually shops in the store anymore? Waste of money.

When I used this card at Cracker Barrell there was more money taken from the card than what I authorized. Cracker Barrell told me they only charged me for what I authorized and the receipt only showed what I authorized. I tried to call the customer service number for the gift card but there is no option to talk to a representative, I went to their website and sure enough it showed they took more than what my receipt showed. The only way to contact them seems to be through the mail. I guess they don't want anyone contacting them and putting them on the spot for answers. They can ignore mailings. I have no idea what to do.

I would give ZERO stars to this crap company! I tried to use this at Macy's a few months ago. Would not work.MANAGER of the STORE tried the card.She could not get it to work. I got home and of course the card had money on it. I call the number on the back, and you get NO-ONE until you press LOST/STOLEN CARD. Then I get a rude,Stupid person who tells me did you try to use it at another store? NO, I want to use it at Macys! So After waiting a long time and the REP giving up because I am getting my way, she offers to send a new card. I have the new card, it has money on it. Try to use it today on-line at Macys. GUESS WHAT? Didn't work.SAME CRAP! So I AM REPORTING THIS TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU! I am sick and D&*N tired of this place. I will NEVER buy a gift card from Go-Giftcard EVER. I am really glad I didn't give these out as gifts!
