I am incredibly grateful and excited to share my journey after finally joining the Diamond membership! Following my onboarding call on January 9th, my days have been filled with waves of growth and progress.

We set about 10 targets for the next 15 days, and to my pleasant surprise, I achieved over 60% of them! This is a huge accomplishment for me, and I credit Suma for her unwavering guidance and encouragement. Her constant slogan, “NO PERFECTION,” has been a game-changer for me. The focus here is on action and outcomes, and that shift in mindset has been transformative.

Being camera-shy all my life, I never imagined I’d post 8 videos in just 15 days. I’ve also been a chronic procrastinator, but I’ve gone from doing almost nothing to working an average of 3-4 hours daily. This newfound momentum feels incredible!

One of the biggest positives has been the amazing MRH community. Suma has cultivated a supportive, positive, and safe space filled with like-minded individuals. It’s a judgment-free environment where everyone feels seen and valued. At the same time, lethargy isn’t an option here. There’s always a sense of forward movement, and even if we lose track, there’s no criticism or judgment. Instead, we get gentle reminders like, “Your monkey mind is taking over—let’s pet it, calm it, and restart.”

This philosophy of embracing failure, seeing it as a step closer to success, and restarting with renewed focus is one of the things I love most about Suma’s approach. It’s empowering and transformative.

While I know there’s still a long way ahead, I feel confident that with a mentor like Suma and her clear, actionable guidance, I’ll reach the destination I’ve envisioned for myself.

I am R. Sriram, Mechanical Engineer from Chennai. Iam 54 years old. I attended Relationship challenge conducted by Dr. G. N. Suma. Before that challenge, I felt struck in my relationship with my Friends, fly member&Colleagues. Here I got clarity on active listening, communication etc. I recommend it to everyone.

Hi, got my 11 year old daughter enrolled in this summer 2 weeks back for Kids & teens of similar age. Initially I had to convince my daughter like anything for first 2 days to make her attend. 3rd day my daughter was ready voluntarily and enjoyed the program.. Suma also had the same recorded and asked us to go through so that we can understand what the children are going through and sharing with Suma. I actually wondered some of the goals my daughter had which was very noble and I did not know, rather not given an opportunity for my daughter to be open with me. Same day my daughter shared the goals with me and was speaking with me for a long time on some of her aspirations. On a whole, this opened up some of the adamancy my daughter had. There were few affirmations Suma had shared with my daughter for daily practice. This is a great initiative for Kids of this age to become a responsible, goal centric adult with mindfulness.

Suma is an experienced life coach. She has guided me well in my parental wounds and inner child healing. Thankyou for giving me new perspectives of leading a fulfilling life, forgiving the difficult relationships nd focusing on myself.

My child got the best gift in this summer vacation:
The Growing Mindfully, workshop for kids and teens conducted by Dr Suma GN @ Mindspace Reboot Hub, was something different from the other routine workshops for kids. My child learnt the value of her being unique and special, resilience to bounce back from day to day setbacks and challenges, Learnt to acknowledge and feel their widespread list of emotions, practice of gratitude, being in connection with the bigger power, law of attraction and power of positive affirmations. I see a sea change inn her confidence, self love and acceptance, energy, vitality, love for parents, compassion for others. They also were made to feel special with personalised, affirmations, gifts and certificates
I appreciated the depth of content and the simplicity with which it was made to learn. The best gift any parent can give their children is their self esteem and confidence. And the workshop did justice to this. truly recommend this to all kids and teens.

This wealth mindset challenge has removed all negative thoughts and beliefs about money. The affirmations and exercises suggested on daily basis helped to change my vibrations and energy level. I recommend this to everyone👍👍👍

Taking up the 21 days challenge is the best decision of this year. I got so much aware of my health and the thought pattern behind it. From 1 to 18 th day today is an experience my body and mind have felt. The power of writing the affirmation correctly reviewing what I learnt, clarity on health goal, finding my purpose, forget & forgive etc..

The program teaches you to be in present and have positive thoughts and vibration. It is helping me in being more calm and peaceful with myself and my surroundings. By accepting myself, i am able to accept and give love. My health aspects are improving and I have gratitude for the universe for blessing me so abundantly.
