I faced a difficult challenge in my marriage decision. I constantly worried about the future and felt unable to match the other person's mindset. This led to frustration, anxiety, and the fear that I might remain alone forever.
My overthinking began affecting my health and career. I often thought, "What if I am not able to handle married life?" At the same time, I was afraid of being alone, yet I could not accept a relationship that did not feel right for me.
After deep reflection, I chose to say "No" to the marriage proposal.
The turning point came when I joined a support group, found inner peace, and started trusting the universe. Reading the Bhagavad Gita gave me a new perspective and helped me understand that I should focus on my actions rather than trying to control every outcome.
I realized that my responsibility is to do my best and let life unfold naturally. Today, I am calmer, more self-aware, and developing greater clarity in my thoughts. I trust my journey and believe that the right path will reveal itself in time.

Our session was dedicated to healing my childhood trauma, and I cannot praise Suma’s approach enough. From the very beginning, she held space for me with deep sincerity, immense patience, and an extraordinary level of gentleness. Her professional guidance through my inner child healing was truly remarkable. The session ran much longer than anticipated, yet at no point did she rush; absolutely no corners were cut.
Immediately after the session, I felt a profound sense of lightness. While I know complete healing will continue to unfold over the coming days, I completely trust Waheguru Ji (God) and the Universe, and with their blessings and guidance, I am returning to my normal self—deeply united with my loving family, healthy, happy, and prosperous forever.

Today I had a detailed clarity call with Dr. Suma.
It was an awesome conversation.
She discussed the issues related to HWRC. Guided me how to improve in health, wealth, relationships & career in brief. Then detailed clarity about Career & family harmony. It was an eye opener( Bulb on).
Through a brief hero's journey I got clarity of my vision.clarity begins with honesty. We need to find the whispering vision. Then identify fears & doubts & work on it. Take help of your mentor. I am very much thankful to dear madam for her support & guidance.

I would like to give a 10/10 positive feedback for the MRH training and my respected Guru, Dr. Suma GN. Initially, I had doubts about investing my time and energy into this leadership program. But after experiencing it for a few days, I got clarity, hope, and direction. If this much change can happen in a few days, I can imagine the growth in the next 3 years.

This program has changed my daily routine. I am becoming more disciplined, focused, and consistent. I am able to ignore negative thoughts and focus on my goals every day. I now clearly understand the purpose of my life and I am working towards it step by step.

This training also helped me become more calm, kind, and respectful with my family and others. Good habits are slowly coming into my life, and bad habits are going away one by one. I feel a strong change inside me. I am moving from my Version 1.0 to a better Version 2.0 with a leadership mindset.

Here, I want to inspire farmers and youth in villages to become successful. When one person changes, the whole family grows. When one family grows, many others also grow. This is how villages become strong and happy.

To all the Silver leaders and those who are still doubtful — I was also like that. Just give yourself a chance. Even a few days can bring big clarity and change.

This journey is powerful and life-changing. I am thankful to Dr. Suma GN for this guidance. I will continue this path with discipline, focus, and purpose.

I now have clear clarity about the purpose of my life, and I am actively working toward my goals every single day with direction and confidence. This training has not only impacted my professional and personal growth, but also made me more patient, kind, and respectful with my family and everyone around me.

Learned that leaders speak from inner order not from inner noise. Got clarity on different aspects of leadership, how to work on these aspects so that I become a good leader who can achieve great success in life and become role model for other. Session has given practical tips and exercises to improve my leadership traits. The leader should listen to understand the problem not to find faults.

I realised that silence can be a conscious choice, not always avoidance.
Speaking from clarity is more powerful than speaking to reduce discomfort
Calm authority lands better than emotional urgency
Listening to understand builds trust more than correcting immediately
Clear boundaries don't need over explanation to be kind of respectful

Todays takeaway from my 20th Trauma healing session .

Today, I come with my passion and purpose.
1️⃣ I no longer need to stop myself from dreaming big or desiring more in life. My dreams and wishes are valid.
2️⃣ I choose to stop overthinking “but…” and start taking small, achievable actions toward my passion — even when fear or the need for safety appears.
3️⃣ I commit to clarity and truth with myself. I am stepping into Version 2 of me — an action-taker and a master builder, grounded, conscious, and connected with nature.
4️⃣ In the field of astrology, my approach is different. My insights are interconnected, practical, and purpose-driven — not just theory.
5️⃣ My purpose is to build clear systems and SOPs in astrology, so a common person can easily apply it in daily life through simple integrations and consistent action, not confusion.

Integrity as my foundation
I choose to build my journey with honesty, values, and consistency. I want my actions, words, and creations to align with what I truly believe in, so that whatever I create carries authenticity and trust.

Passion guided by purpose
My passion is not just to create content, but to create meaningful content. I aspire to become a creator who uses storytelling as a tool to positively shape young minds and help children believe in themselves.

Responsibility toward children’s growth
I understand the responsibility that comes with creating content for children. My goal is to design stories that gently teach confidence, emotional strength, self-dependence, and healthy thinking—without fear, pressure, or negativity.

Courage to take action
I have found the courage to move beyond fear, hesitation, and self-doubt. Instead of waiting for perfection, I am taking real steps toward my passion, learning as I go, and allowing myself to grow through experience.
