Item I needed was out of stock

Item I needed was out of stock. I phoned and was told a re stocking date and on that date, which was only a few days wait, it appeared in stock on the website. The very next day I had it! 10/10.

We are very sorry to you, Janet for any inconvenience caused. We can see the order was, sadly, damaged in transit and subsequently disposed of by the courier. Yodel should have notified us of this proactively so we could resolve this sooner for you but they did not. However, we dispatched a replacement order as soon as you kindly made us aware you had not received your order. We are pleased to see it was safely delivered two days later.

We have addressed this matter with our chosen courier too, to improve this process going forward.

Once again, we are really sorry for the delay in receiving your order and thank you for allowing us to make this right.

Over the past few years we have ordered…

Over the past few years we have ordered twice from Glowing Embers (for 2 different log burners), the first time we collected directly from them, as the order was urgent, and they accommodated the urgency, great efficient service. The 2nd time we paid for delivery. Again fantastic service - super fast and glass fitted perfectly.
