Glover & Howe Ltd Arvostelua

Excellent service, both when taking out & then renewing my policy but, more importantly, in the way that they handled a claim that I had to make recently. It was quickly and efficiently dealt with - definitely recommended.

Good prices and the service has always been great- you don't get stuck held on the line when calling, and emails are promptly replied to. Rachel has always been great- as has Amy (who initially set up my policy a year or so ago.)

(I'm on an Amateur policy, just for reference.)

Rachel is lovely to deal with. Thank you for your service this year and as a company for the last few years. Always good.

I have been using their services since I got into photography. They are very helpful and professional. They get in touch as your cover approaches and end, for me I had recently upgraded and glad they contacted me to get a quote for my new equipment. The quote was received within minutes and a call a few days later by them and covered once again.

I’ve been with G&H for a few years and am extremely happy with the service and professionalism, which has remained consistent. I needed to insure a range of photography equipment and G&H quoted a competitive premium. Rachel has been looking after me this year, and I have been impressed by her ability to combine natural friendliness with very positive efficiency, as well as patience as I do need chasing up sometimes! Thanks!

A proper company, with proper people who in turn treat you like a proper person too! Sensible bespoke insurance. Rare in this day of automated service providers, voicemail recordings and package-only-deals. Highly recommend.

Glover & Howe Ltd have been my insurers for many years and I have always had what I consider to be an excellent service from them. My experience has been that they are professional, efficient and very helpful. Thank you Glover & Howe !

Long time Glover & Howe customer - have always found them to be very helpful and willing to help.

They were friendly, helpful and patient.

I've been a client of Glover&Howe for many many years - why change? The service is exceptional, and prices unbeatable - for a professional photographer there is only one option.

It's a pleasure to write a review for this company.

I have been a client of Glover & Howe for a very long time indeed.

Their attention to detail is one thing but the friendliness over the years has been something else altogether , I have always felt that I am a valued client.

Over the years I have had the need to make a claim as accidents do happen and on those are occasions Glover & Howe were remarkable , fast , efficient and reassuring.

I recently retired and my insurance requirements changed , but photographers never full retire of course, and Rachel at G&H was so helpful with making sure I had the right advice & cover. Brilliant.

I cannot recommend these guys enough

I have been a loyal client of Glover & Howe for my Professional Photograper Insurance. Rachel is lovely to speak with each year at renewal and has been a delight for my renewal todaay. I have browsed other insurers and always find myself remaining with them based on the quality of their service, price and friendliness. A massive 5 STARS from me :)

I have used G&H for many years and have to say the service is just first class, always polite and happy to help. They say insurance companies are fine until you try and claim, well I had to do this a couple of years ago and they were very helpful and had my claim actioned very quickly indeed. I would without hesitation recommend this company.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I have had an almost 2 year battle with this company and have had to report them to the ICO, FCA and Ombudsman due to the appalling way they have treated me. I would never use this company again.

I have used Glover & Howe as my Professional Photography insurer for many year now.

They are always very helpful and professional in their approach. I therefore have no hesitation in recommending them.

Have always had a great service from Glover & Howe, quick amendments on policies for extra equipment and a friendly and professional customer service. Will be staying with them.

Excellent service from Luke & Rachel.

Best cover for photographers I know of.

Thanks guys!

Always a pleasure dealing with Glover & Howe: I've recommended them before and am happy to do so again because the service is just so good. Having had my camera equipment insured through them for quite a few years, its always been straight forward and nothing has ever been too much trouble.
Had to amend my policy today with some new equipment and remove some old.
Spoke with Rachel and she was lovely, sorted everything out for me and confirmed by email - thank you!
In a world of so-so service and poor attitudes to customers, the team at Glover & Howe give excellent service and stand out like a shining beacon.
Thank you and keep up the great work.

Great service, good value.
