We purchased a car mid January and noticed it had a knocking sounds. The team at Globe Automotive were more than happy to complete the works to ensure the knocking stopped. However, we then realised we also preferred another of their cars which was an automatic (we bought manual), they were happy to accommodate the change the vehicles for us. The team we very patient and personable, delivering amazing customer service. The aftercare has been wonderful and the team are incredibly responsive. Now the proud owner of a lovely Mini Countryman that suits all our needs. Would 100% recommend this garage.

Very friendly and professional very happy with my car 🚗 easy place to find aswell I had trouble accessing my phone but they allowed me to access there WiFi to tax my car for me to drive it back so made it alot easier thankyou again

Upon arrival, i was respecfully greeted and told to just dig right in (booking was arranged). I took a look around the whole car inside and outside, which was great. I also got the chance to take the vehicle on a good test drive, to ensure brakes and everything worked effortlessly.
