Made an order and the initial connection wasn't actually working. I contacted the live chat and it was the quickest turn around I've ever seen. Mark was an absolute star and went through the settings and when that didn't work he gave me a replacement eSim which worked straight away. Very polite and quick. So happy! 🫡

Excellent service
Had a problem with my top-up. The website crashed. I contacted support via WhatsApp and Mark helpen me out within 1 minute. Awesome service and absolute good connection for our holiday in Albania.

Very poor
The SIM was difficult to load. I needed several calls to get it right. Then it would not call out. Then it completely disappeared. Eventually we agreed a refund was the easiest compromise. This just landed and was almost half what I paid. Never again.

Excellent customer support
I bought two eSIMs with 20 GB of European roaming at a great price. The eSIM worked perfectly on my iPhone, but I experienced some issues on a Huawei phone. I had to contact customer support, and I was very impressed with the service. The WhatsApp support team responded incredibly quickly and guided me through the issue step by step until it was resolved in a short time. Special thanks to John Roel for the excellent support.
