ABSOLUTE SCAM! DO NOT PURCHASE. FALSE ADVERTISING!
Was sent a different product under a different brand and claimed that it was the same product with new packaging. They refused to replace or refund even though they advertised guaranteed 30 day money back. Reported to bank & received full refund. Not an Australian company, product comes from Hong Kong/China. Save yourself the hassle and don’t purchase from these SCAMMERS.

SCAMMERS! They'll send you a fake, inferior product. When you contact them, they'll tell you it's the same product you ordered - but they've just changed the packaging. Save your money and do not purchase from their phony Insta or Facebook ads.

Came here to say the same thing as everyone else sadly. Wish I had done my research before purchasing! Sent a clearly inferior foreign product with no mention of GlitzGleam or Australia, despite claiming to be designed in Australia. Product is not even remotely close to what they portray. Not satisfied with the product once it is in my hair. Have requested a refund however given most of the comments here I don't like my chances! I feel cheated, this company conduct is SO dishonest and I don't know how companies like this are allowed to continue operating and taking people's money when they are blatantly a scam!

The same issue as the comments below. This company will not give you a refund despite items being in an unopened, original condition. The customer service is very poor and unprofessional. The products themselves are not as described on their website. Do not trust.

This company is a SCAM! Do not order any products. My opinion is the same as all the reviews below, they sent an inferior product that is nothing like it is advertised. They are now refusing to refund me on the products. This is also a company in Hong Kong or China and you will get charged an international exchange fee which you have no idea about. I wish I had read reviews of this company before purchasing. I ordered a pack of 3 and they even refusing to refund me for the 2 unopened products.

False Advertising - the product purchased was not received. The product they sent can be purchased for $5 and I paid $34.
Same issues as others who have reviewed this. Now I am taking it up with my bank and the ACCC.

This is a scam, it's incorrect advertising at the very least. They don't send you a glitzgleam product, they send something called Sevich hair shadow powder. I ordered a hair highlighting product and got sent what looks like face powder which I am supposed to smudge into my hairline and people are supposed to think it's real hair, what even is that? what happened to the highlighter? Contacted them about a refund but reading the other awful reviews it's clearly a scam. Total waste of money. Tried to alert Facebook but they automatically came back and said they wouldn't investigate the company. There's no means to tell facebook they're not even sending the product they advertise as they aren't interested. I suppose they want to make as much money as possible.

Another one for scam! Got sent a version I could have gotten for $10 on eBay.

They send you something completely different! The brand is different, the colours are different and it doesn’t even work! Customer service is terrible and the 30day money back guarantee is a scam! I am going through my bank to dispute the charge now! The reviews are deleted if it’s 1 or 2 stars. I left a review yesterday and it’s not there today. Facebook comments are also filter. Save yourself $$$ and your time with this company xx

GlitzGleam is an untrustworthy company that scams customers.

I received a completely different brand of powder as to what was advertised and what I ordered. What I got was branded, ‘Sevich’ and labelled, ‘Hair Shadow Powder’.

The light blonde hair powder has an awful texture, disgusting brassy YELLOW appearance and is of a very poor quality. It made my hair terribly knotty and it coloured my scalp yellow. I looked ridiculous, like I’d covered my hair in yellow chalk.

The advertising videos on social media of people’s regrowth simply disappearing with this powder are FAKE, FAKE, FAKE. Don’t be fooled like I was.

I wasted $34 on this absolute garbage product.

As all the other reviews have stated, this is a scam company. They send a different brand of product that only costs a few dollars on eBay, then refuse to refund. There is no “30 day guarantee”, and the product itself is just like children’s chalk. Don’t waste your money.

Unfortunately I didn’t see all these other reviews before purchasing. Totally agree with all the other 1 star reviews - total SCAM very disappointing. I got sent Cevich hair powder, the light blonde colour is literally yellow and disgusting. Emailed support 3 times now and they keep saying “it’s the same product” which it obviously isn’t. Do not buy.

Fake company that sends any brand of this powder crap. Sale items cant be refunded. No wonder they ALWAYS having a sale. It said Glitzglam Australia. Umm not this is from overseas

Total scam. Hair product not only doesnt work, but they send some other random branded product completely different to what pictured! Contacted them for refund and just rudely said ‘it’s the same product’. So much for satisfaction guaranteed.

Very disappointed with quality of products. Just got my products today in the mail and they might as well be plastic. This is run of the mill fashion jewelry you can get from the pound store to put in children’s party bags. Not worth the money

Don’t buy from here it’s a scam, I bought three pieces of jewellery for £30 and it said it was 18k gold plated, when it arrived after three weeks from china, it was clearly stainless steal, not 18k gold plated.
