Ordered item on the 17th feb with 48 hrs delivery. I am Still waiting 2 months later !!!!. Emailed but they haven't responded.

ABSOLUTE SCAM
I’m still waiting for a parcel I ordered 3 months ago, customer service has now ghosted me

2 months the get the ordered items, service replyes to my requests always with the same words (really looks like a Bot). Delivered objects look like a bad version of the pictures in the site.

Ne pas acheté, ça fait 3 mois j’ai pas ressue mon colis ! J’ai payer avec la livraison exprès ! Aucune réponse de leur pars ! A fuire

I had to wait 2 months for my stuff to arrive and honestly forgot I ordered from them. I read reviews on here saying it's a scam so I thought I would never receive anything but everything came and the quality is really good! For the price I payed I am honestly really happy

Wish I had read these reviews before hand it's been 2 months still nothing asked for a refund 3 times and haven't received it. Absolute joke! Do not order from these

UPDATE - item was apparently delivered after 10 weeks. I however didn’t receive it when I contacted them again I was told ‘contact the courier’ who then told me to contact the company. Went back and the company said ‘this was marked as delivered’. GLITZGLAM say they won’t refund until they receive my return?!? Not only terrible company, 100% a scam They’ve had my money for 3 months and I have no product with no help, turns out the staff don’t know how to read! Will be reporting the company

Been 2 months and the order still hasn’t arrived. When you contact customer service you get a generic response until you ask for a refund when someone magically appears to say your tracking details will be shared in 2-3 days (they weren’t) I asked how to get a refund again and was told they don’t do that, then I asked how to make an official complaint and they replied ‘we don’t offer cancellations’ don’t recommend. Rip off company

I got sent another companies product (not the one I purchased) for $15.00 more than what it retails for on the original companies website. So disappointing, I’m still waiting for feedback from them, so will see what they have to say, potentially some mix up..

Dear lord man... this is by far the absolute worst website I've bought something from. I ordered four pieces of jewellery on the 5th of SEPTEMBER. I couldn't track anything and received no information for about two weeks. So i decided to contact their customer service... Firstly it took like 3 days to get an answer, and then they had the guts to say that "once the order is shipped, we have no control over it. hope you get it soon though :)"
I just received my package on the 14th of OCTOBER.
The quality is pure crap, but i think ill get like 3 uses out of each piece.

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not order from this company. The products I ordered (2 rings and necklace) took over a month to arrive - when I contacted customer service they basically did not care and told me that can be the case with certain orders. When my order finally did arrive the jewellery isn’t gold as stated on the website but a bright yellow tacky plastic. The rings that say they are size adjustable are not - you would only be able to pull these apart with a pair of mechanical pliers which I’m pretty sure if you did use these on the products they would just break due to the bad quality plastic type of material used. When I then got in contact about how dissatisfied I am as a customer I again was shut down by the customer service team and told I had to pay to return the items. The return delivery has now ended up being half the price of the initial products of which are simply a piece of plastic rubbish. I have never been so annoyed with a delivery in my life - please do not order from this company it is a money making scheme as by the other reviews I’ve seen it looks as if everyone returns (paying themselves) which is obviously where they are making the money from.

Got my order 1.5 month later and it’s definitely from aliexpress or something. Should not buy this!!!!!! And also got a wrong order, but they told me it was ‘lookalike’ (well it wasn’t!)

I ordered a blueberry necklace and they sent me a pink one. I complained and they insisted that I had ordered the pink one despite the pictures of my order, that I sent and they themselves sent it, showing the opposite. Impossible to talk to someone real. Horrible customer service

Baught the seastar necklace and got a necklace with a pendant much bigger and of really cheap quality. The pendant wasn’t even really secured and fell off the chain immediately. Upon contacting the customer service I was just told it was the right necklace (it wasn’t) and that I would need to pay the return. Overall: Don’t buy there

Ordered a necklace - its much too big - I still have to pay the shipping cost myself even though the german law states the seller has to pay it.

OH MY GOD . SCAM ALERT. I received a ‘sevich’ brand which is $5 on AliExpress and completely useless. I complained and the one line response was “it’s the same product we just changed the label”. I complained to my bank who started a dispute and my bank gave me back my $35.

THE WORST ! I order from them during june , before the package got send i notice a mistake in my adress i immediately text them to warn them , they told they cant do anything so yeah basically send my package nowhere. After a while the package got send back to them cause the adress was not existing , its been since july 19 that i have no news i keep email them but they refuse to refund me or even try to help me out. 0 customers service

Wish I read this reviews before buying as I was sent crappy cheap knock off product too that doesn’t work and they definitely do not have customer service, just an automated reply saying they can’t refund for hygiene reasons!! Such a scam! How can we report them so others aren’t scammed too?!

Beware: This company is a complete scam. I ordered a product that was advertised as high-quality, only to receive a cheap knockoff from a different brand called “SEVICH” that you can buy for $2 on Amazon. The product is utterly useless. To make matters worse, it ships from China, taking forever to arrive.

When I tried to get a refund under their supposed “30-day money-back guarantee,” I was met with nothing but automated responses denying my request. Despite multiple attempts to explain that the product was not as advertised and didn’t work, they refused to honor their own policy, citing nonsensical “terms and conditions.”

This company is blatantly deceptive and untrustworthy. Save your money and avoid them at all costs. I’ve reported them for their shady practices—don’t fall for this scam!

SCAM! Product is useless, they are not Australia based and they do not stand by their 'Risk Free Guarantee'.
Do not purchase! After I confronted them with false advertising they ghosted me!

I have reported to my bank to get a refund as others have done. Wish I'd read these reviews first! Overseas transaction charges as well!
