We ordered a black UPVC door 3/4 weeks delivery at the end of the 4 weeks no delivery, my builder called to chase up delivery told would be another 2/3 weeks ridiculous, no communication from the company, refusing a refund, basically stole our money and have not delivered good! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!

They have now agreed to deliver my door to my builder this Monday if they do I will amend my review even though it is outside there delivery times, but I currently have a very expensive extension open to the elements and had to delay multiply trades to finish the job based on this door being delivered.

Surprise surprise Monday had been and gone and still no delivery even after my builder called them today to confirm it was coming… I stick by my previous review and urge you to never use this company.

I should have learnt with the first order.
This company do not stick to any delivery promises. The first order ( one aluminium window) had a delivery promise of 3-4 weeks and eventually arrived after 7 weeks and only after I said I was coming to collect it the next day, if they did not deliver.
The second order. I made it a condition of the order that the two aluminium doors would arrive within the 3 -4 weeks promise. Their agent agreed to this delivery promise on the phone and email, then took the money swiftly. It's now week 5 and they are trying to push back another week, blaming the 'transport department'. They are completely ignoring the basics of commercial contract law. We placed the order and paid in the last week of September. We submitted the email confirmation within the hour of receipt and again received verbal confirmation on the lead times. When we chased the order at week 4, It was claimed that the order wasn't processed until the end of the 7th Oct. I said that that is nothing to do with us. the contractual clock started in September. Every time we call in, its the same fobbing off, excuses, and requests for 'another week'..
we have again said we will be collecting tomorrow, if they fail to deliver. luckily we're not not far from them and we have vehicles big enough. Now I'm told that they are 'back in Quality control, so you can't'..'
I'm now quite sure they do not manufacture their own products, as no-one can be continuously this poor. How can you still be in business??
We are professional contractors and this has now put us into penalty clauses, due to poor delivery. With the delivery contract agreement in place, we will be looking to recover the penalties by recharging this company.
Very unprofessional, very unhelpful, always blaming someone else, impossible to speak to anyone to escalate. no call backs, no return emails, no management interest.
I strongly believe this is just a flash website that relies on sub contractors to actually make their product, probably outside the UK, because of the delays.
Do yourself a massive favour.. Save your sanity and go elsewhere.
Needless to say, we won't be placing any further business with this company.

Still haven't received my order and customer service is appalling. Whilst quick to respond to emails and answer calls, keep being told different things, promised someone will be back in contact and they're not. Had to make 12 calls to them since my order to get an update. Just really poor service. This order would have led to a much bigger order but I am now looking elsewhere. Such a shame for them and for me!

Ordered bifold window nearly 8 weeks ago, keep getting fobbed off, apparently it was supposed to have been delivered yesterday, but no sign, no phone call and I've had to chase virtually every step of the way. I am actually wondering if I will ever see my window at all. Wouldn't deal with this Co again

Ordered two sliding windows which stated a lead time of 3-4 weeks. It's now been 12 WEEKS and they are still not ready for delivery. They promise to find out and call me back but I have chased numerous times. I've asked for photographs of the windows in manufacture as I'm beginning to worry they don't actually exist.

Like the most recent experiences, placed an order with a lead time of 3-4 weeks, over 5 weeks ago, with no contact from Glass Openings. Rang them today, the after sales number just rings off interestingly but went through sales. Didn't have an update, but was told someone will call me back

To be fair someone did ring me back that afternoon and was told order is ready but don't have a date as that's the 'transport department' and ring back Monday.

I will ring back Monday but if there is no mention of when a delivery can be made, will cancel the order ( or raise incident through credit card) as truthfully I do not belive what I'm being told.

Something feels off in the way they are handling this and things falling apart behind the scenes. Would advise others to not order from here as look elsewhere as its not worth the stress.

Door Quality was perfect is what has changed our review from 1 star to 3 stars. I would use this company again however i would check they can delivery to your home address and allow extra time for the item to be made. They were much cheaper than any other suppliers and are great value for money, had they delivered to my address and on time i would have given 5 stars.

Ordered and paid for a pair of French doors 7 weeks ago with a 3-4 week delivery..I can’t get an honest answer off anyone, I’ve rang 5 times and every time I get told either it’s being delivered next week and someone will ring you early in the week…or since I’ve started really being persistent I’ve been promised someone will call me back that day and they never do….
I wish I hadn’t bothered with this company as I’ve had our bedroom boarded up for weeks. Typical company who present themselves as great but have obviously grown too quickly to cope. My recommendation would be use another company

We are very pleased with our new aluminium back door, it has been made using good quality materials. Would definitely recommend this company for customer service and quality.

The product is great but when the doors turned up I had a slight problem.
After reading some of the negative reviews I was very concerned about getting it resolved but the company were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for them and the issue was rectified within a few days.
Customer service and after sales service has been superb.

I purchesd a set of bifold doors back in March 2024 the experience was fantastic good coms & product delivered on time , in May this year 2025 I noticed the bottom rubber on the lead door had split I contacted Glass opening to ask for help i had a very prompt response from a lady called Chaimaa they promised
To put a new seal in the post & they did exactly that for one minute I did not expect to receive the seal for free as the issue was noticed out side of the guarantee period , I would 100% purchase products in the future & would highly recommend a friend or anyonelooking for products they sell thank you & very well done

Excellent window arrived that now looks fab and 1st class customer service when I lost the sealing gaskets and they replaced them free of charge! Very happy!

We both Doors from Glass opening they looks not too bad and quite cheap, but that’s what you’re gonna get with them. They only manufacturers not installers. If you installing yourself you’ve got no warranty my doors are dropped. I asked them for fitted digest and they said to me you need to do yourself, we can’t help you. That’s really annoying. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Ordered a 4 panel sliding window, the build quality is very poor. The frames are very chunky with no insulation. The instructions for assembly are generic and don’t relate to the product I purchased.
The locking mechanism is held in with two self tapping screws into plastic. One hard pull and would rip out. When I enquired they said this is correct and meets standards..

When you call, you get no help - they just say they will get hold of the manufacturer and call you back, but you never hear anything.
Would absolutely never buy anything from them again, and go to a local window maker where you can actually talk to people who understand their product

I have now updated my review as once I received the doors I was very pleased with them.

I ordered a set of " Stock item " Sliding doors from this firm they gave me a delivery date which is now 2 weeks late . When you phone up to find out when they might deliver the item the person on the other end of the phone just tells you they will let you know when they are going to despatch them, not much use when you have a builder waiting to fit them. Personally I wouldn't use them again don't be swayed by a good price if you have a job to finish.

Bought all windows and both bi-folds for my house, price was best compared to other suppliers, good quality and service was fantastic! Have recommended to others.

As an exterior door company, I believe that the delivery date should be one of the most important concerns. I completed my order on October 25th, and I was informed that the delivery time would be 3-4 weeks. As of November 22nd, the 4-week mark will have passed, yet today I received an email stating that the products are still in production. They mentioned that they would contact me after the quality control process is completed, which is expected to be next week. This means we are now in the 5th week.

I prepared the structural opening and protected the with plywood, anticipating that the door would arrive by the 4-week mark. However, I have to move into the house in 4 days, and unfortunately, it seems I will not have a door when I move in. The temperature outside is only 5 degrees, making this situation quite frustrating.

Ordered Aluminium French doors made to measure and glazing with integral blinds. The manufacture a week late but not a problem for me. I asked them to hold delivery a further week as I would be on holiday and this was managed without issue. The glazing panels were delivered separate to the frame both arrived the same day before midday. The glazing delivery man carried panels around back of house and as agreed I helped carry the frame to the back of the house.My fitter had absolutely no issues with the materials supplied and asked for details of the company as he was impressed with quality and price. The doors were only fitted today but I am very happy with the opening/ closing, locking, blinds and colour ( anthracite). I needed these doors as a replacement for exact size PVC doors in my garden room, these exactly match the Aluminium Bifolds further along room. Even the blind colour and magnetic mechanism and I know the bifolds are premium from another contractor. Definitely recommend so far.

Would avoid! Order 3 heritage aluminium windows on 13th September 2024 delivered 31st October (4/5weeks delivery stated) and quality is shocking! 5mm gaps in beading, half internal bead half external bead on the same window, scuffs and marks! Email and calls multiple times no 1 gets back to you. Luckily I paid with PayPal so if I get no joy in the next few days I'll be opening a case there.

Ordered an aluminium bifold door, waited 5 weeks for delivery. The door seems well built (fitting it tomorrow) however, the weep holes drilled in the base of the frame are so poorly done it has gouged out the track on every one, and one has completely broken the thermal break. The lack of care was evident by the fact the metal fillings/waste was just left all over it! Couldn’t even be bothered to blow it off - air blower on Amazon are a few quid!!
They are clearly visible when the door is open and makes the door look second hand!
I contacted the company via email 4 days ago, re. Financial compensation - as have seen doors with less damage sold as damaged doors with discount and I don’t have time to wait for a replacement!!
To date have heard nothing!! Guessing they’re not interested as I’ve paid for them already!
Very disappointing and wouldn’t recommend!

Just to add, now fitted, the numpties who wrote the order number on the protective film strayed from it so I also have permanent black marker on the front of the door! Great!
