Easy to use. Very user-friendly and so easy to find information.

On the whole the file system works ok (which is the only function we really use) - its easy to navigate, files are locked to avoid version clashes, preview works well for word documents and pdfs. Excel documents don't work well in preview, you have to use desktop connect, which adds a few steps every time a document is opened (on the down side). Sometimes if the connection times out you can lose work, and sometimes the connection doesn't work at all and you just have to download documents to desktop and reload afterwards.

Very easy to use and good communication with the initial set up.

I've had a positive experience using Glasscubes so far. It is a simple and easy-to-use platform for collaborating, sharing information and files. I get notifications via email when new information is shared on the platform, which makes it easy to keep track of what's new.

The fast turnaround time to deploy Glasscubes, and the excellent onboarding service and experience we have had during inception. The functionality is brilliant and the learning curve is so easy for our staff to understand and use the product. The integration with Docusign makes it a pleasure to approve and signoff important documents, the version control and the ability to restrict or allow users access depending on their rights is an added bonus, the dashboard is intuitive and great to get an overview of what is happening in your workspaces. We are very happy we chose Glasscubes for our document storage and management.

Glasscubes portal works well and its useful to keep track of reminders sent to our clients. There is lots of opportunity to personalise this. It is also useful that we can see what the client sees to describe this to them if they are struggling with the technology.

The mobile app works well; although it can have some bugs from time to time, they are quickly eliminated.

Very easy to use and great customer service.

Simple to use, we have been using Glasscubes for the last 4 years during the delivery of one of our education programmes, which has just ended. It enabled us to share resources (documents / videos etc.), make announcements (e.g. invitations to our events), and post regularly with the latest news / updates for our users.

Both the web and app versions are easy to use, with lots of choice about the frequency with which users receive notifications (which users can set themselves). Lots of usage reports were available, too (e.g. we could find out which of our resources was the most popular by the number of downloads / views). Customer support was good, with prompt responses when we had a technical issue.

We also liked the way in which we could set up 'workspaces' which only certain users could access, so they'd only receive information relevant to them. We didn't utilise the task management or form integration features, as we use other platforms for those.

One thing we noticed on the app is that, unlike social media sites (like Facebook / Instagram etc.) that show posts in reverse chronological order (i.e. at the top of the feed), the Glasscubes app shows the last 3 posts in each thread in date order (i.e. with the most recent one at the bottom of the thread), which sometimes caused confusion for our users.

Prior to using Glasscubes, our whole team was involved in contacting our clients, multiple times a year to request their records. This was very time consuming and was not as successful as we would have liked. We started using Glasscubes this tax year and to date it has saved us around 288 hours of resource, allowing our staff to proceed with the actual work. Will definitely be using again in future years.

I find Glasscubes very user-friendly and so easy to find information. I use it to read documents that colleagues who work in other countries have filed - it is a great way of keeping in touch and up to date.

Love how GlassCubes helps to organise resources, chats and different working groups, no matter how large our community gets.
