We've been using Glasscubes for several months now, and it has significantly improved the way our team collaborates and shares information. The platform is intuitive, secure, and packed with features that make document management and team communication seamless.

The chat function is very easy to use and the ability to display individual portfolios and tailor these is helpful for overall reviews of one's portfolio.

Some clients have experienced issues with the 2FA not coming through quick enough, and I have also experienced some clients receiving regular reminders despite their details being marked as received.

Overall, a good experience.

Simple and easy to collect information, and the new AI tools are great for processing it too.

Easiest data room I have used by a mile. Very easy to upload information and the search function makes it easy to find information.

An innovative system!

Glasscubes is a modern way to gather information and something that I think will be of real benefit for both us as an accountancy firm, and our clients, for years to come. It streamlines the process of information gathering and handily keeps everything in once place which makes it useful when you have to track so many different things.

The Glasscubes product is used by our Financial Advisors. As a user on the system I find the ability to upload / download information quick and easy. The ability to structure the information in folders and work in a collaborative way on Excel spreadsheets is excellent.

I have found Glasscubes to be an easy and user-friendly service which is making my job managing my client's tax information a breeze. It is easy to navigate and intuitive. I have over 200 client records within my portfolio and the Glasscubes software takes on all of the organisational and planning aspects which I would normally have to manage myself if communicating by email. Not having to worry about chasing for information or scheduling messages, which Glasscubes copes with brilliantly, means I have so much more headspace for more important tasks in my job which impacts positively for me personally, for my firm and most importantly my clients. The Glasscube user interface is user friendly and makes it easy to access what you are looking for.

Glasscubes has been excellent for handling queries with our clients accounts. It's really easy to use, and our clients have given us great feedback. It’s made communication smoother and keeps everything organised.

Glasscubes has been very useful since starting to work on it, it's made it easier to send queries to our clients with the option of automatic reminders and sending out forms to clients to fill out.

I've been using Glasscubes for the past 2 years as a learner for advanced quality improvement methodologies. I find this platform amazing for asynchronous collaboration with my different cohorts. The file upload process is super simple and being able to access training files even from archived/ already completed courses is amazing. I would like to, one day, incorporate this platform as a content provider to conduct trainings with the staff I oversee.

We made the decision to try this software after having a demo. We are only a relatively small accountancy company so it was a sizeable investment for us. However, it not only does what we originally intended it for (an easy to use portal for clients to answer queries - they actually answer all our queries now!) but its been really helpful in managing projects with clients. We are very impressed with the whole system, took a bit of getting used to the workspace concept but we are now adding lots of useful features to our processes. Support is excellent. Customer Success Manager Kayleigh is a huge help and always on hand to guide us through getting the best out of the software. By far the best purchase in our tech stack for a long while.

Sharing of information within different groups of individuals and being in connected with team

The portal for communicating information requests is excellent and whilst we have only been using it for the past month, it has proved to be an excellent tool to have.

I log in to glass cubes regularly. It is great for keeping up to date with what is going on with the company and for having forms etc to hand when required.

Very easy to use and a great hub for all resources needed for work.
