Despite the difficult situation in the GCC recently, I want to share a very positive experience with Glam Moda.
Many online stores unfortunately cancelled my orders due to the situation, and others kept my orders pending for more than a month without delivery. I tried several platforms hoping someone could actually ship the items.
Glam Moda was the only company that managed to deliver my order successfully. The delivery arrived even while the region was facing disruptions, which honestly exceeded my expectations.
What impressed me most was their reliability and commitment to customers. While others simply cancelled or delayed indefinitely, Glam Moda clearly made the effort to fulfill the order and keep their service running.
If you are looking for a platform that actually delivers on its promises, especially during difficult times, Glam Moda proved to be the only one that did in my experience.

This place is a scam
This place is a scam. I have placed an order that I never received after being extremely patient and waiting 30 days.
The customer support on Whatsapp and Email keeps replying the same reply: Wait and once we have tracking we will send it to you. Same reply for 20 days straight. Then I asked for the shipping company so I can contact them personally and they replied with the same reply. Now I am asking for a refund which is my right after waiting 30 days but they do not respond.
This shop is a scam, stay away.

I ordered items and wanted to cancel the order within 20 minutes after the transaction. I was told that it was not possible as the order had already gone through. Hard to believe a company cannot cancel an order. The best is that it is 15 days later and no update or shipping information received. I have emailed them numerous times and they have ignored all emails. So much for not being able to cancel an order because it was already being packed. Stay away from them
Update: Today is 30 January and I received an email to say my package has been delivered but it certainly was not delivered to me and I have been home all day. Would like to see where it was delivered to and who signed for it. Stay tuned. Update is today is 13 February and no communication other than Aramex saying its at customs and to allow up to 3 days. That was more than a week ago
