Extremely worst experience. Selling products at very high prices. Do not order from this store. They cancelled my order and did not give a refund of $1275. They are scammers.

I am furious and completely disgusted by the way Glam Moda has handled my order.

They told me that my order was cancelled because the item was supposedly out of stock, yet the exact same item is still showing as available on their website. To make matters worse, my order has not even been marked as cancelled. It is still sitting in my account with the status “awaiting tracking number,” which makes their explanation look completely unreliable.

They also told me that I would be refunded, but no refund has arrived and nothing appears to have been processed. I have now been forced to open a dispute with my credit card company just to try to get my own money back.

The entire situation has been misleading, unprofessional and incredibly frustrating. Their communication has been contradictory, their order status has not been updated, and their promised refund has not been issued.

Based on my experience, Glam Moda has shown zero reliability and zero respect for the customer. I would strongly advise people to avoid this company.

I bought from the website, did not receive the shipping number or anything. Kept sending them emails, they replied ONCE saying my order will arrive in a week, it’s now been an month and still no tracking number and order didn’t arrive. There phone number doesn’t work and they haven’t replied to any of emails, shocked at the high rating on here when they have the worst customer service

I would give Zero Stars if it's possible

I would strongly warn others about my experience with Glamoda. They still haven't refunded my €250 even though the returned item was already delivered back to them weeks ago. Customer support has been unhelpful and keeps delaying the issue. In my opinion, this is a very unprofessional way to treat customers.

I really loved their products they also come with the cutest packaging. I loved how the constantly I was notified about what stage my order was at and disputed the war I received my order pretty fast. I would definitely remember them to a friend

I really enjoy shopping on the Glam Moda website. It’s very user-friendly, easy to navigate, and placing an order is simple. Delivery is always fast too. Such a great experience every time.
