We’re really sorry to hear that your order arrived later than expected and that the presentation wasn’t what you were hoping for, especially as this was intended as a special birthday gift. If you have ordered a bundle without packaging then this will be how the order arrives, in a shipping box, all orders do not come with packaging as you can see from the images and description on our website.

We always want our customers to feel excited when they open their orders, and we’re sorry that this wasn’t your experience.

We have recently experienced an exceptionally high volume of orders due to our sale period, which has unfortunately meant dispatch times have taken longer than usual. While we do provide a notice advising customers that orders may take longer during busy promotional periods, we appreciate that waiting two weeks after ordering is frustrating, particularly when the item is needed for a specific date.

We’re sorry to hear that you’ve been left frustrated while waiting for your refund. We completely understand how disappointing it is to be expecting funds back and not see them appear when you anticipate them.

We can confirm that your refund was processed from our side on 8th July. Once a refund has been issued, the funds are released back through the original payment method, and the time it takes to appear in your account is then controlled by your bank or payment provider. Unfortunately, this part of the process is outside of our control, and some banks can take several working days to display a completed refund.

We’re also sorry that you haven’t felt you’ve received enough communication from our team. We have been experiencing an extremely high volume of customer enquiries recently, which has impacted our usual response times, but we are working through all messages as quickly as possible.

We would recommend checking with your bank or payment provider using the refund date of 8th July, as they will be able to trace the funds on their side. If they require any further information from us, we’ll be more than happy to assist.

We’re also sorry that you felt our customer service process did not provide the support you were looking for. We do use automated responses to help acknowledge enquiries and provide quicker information during busy periods, but we understand that customers also want a more personal response when they need help and you can asked for your email to be escalated, though our virtual assistant will do this anyway if it believes additional assistance is required.

We’re continually working to improve both our dispatch processes and customer support, and feedback like yours is really valuable in helping us identify where we need to do better.

We are unsure where the comments regarding only receiving automated responses have come from, as we can see that our team has personally responded to your emails on multiple occasions, and we can also see that you have replied back to those messages. We would therefore appreciate it if you could clarify where the information regarding receiving no responses has come from, as this does not reflect the communication history we have on file.

Your order is also already in transit, and we have continued to assist you throughout the process. We would also like to understand whether you have contacted us using multiple email addresses or accounts, as this would be the only reason there may appear to be a lack of communication, as our records show replies have been provided.
