Had a problem with the retractable hose and contacted customer support. It took me a couple of days to remember to take a picture of the problem and they stayed on me to complete with timely emails. They are sending a replacement.

I ran across an add for a hose reel by Giraffe Tools and got good reviews so i thought i would gibe it a try since we have Alot of plants and water regularly. Used for approximately 14months and one day it jumped track on inside of reel and would retract but couldn’t pull out completely. I brought this to the attention of Giraffe Tools and they said no worries send proof of purchase and short video of the issue and BAM….. they just sent out a new hose reel just like that! After receiving our retractable hose, we had a problem with the hose retracting back into the housing unit after its second use. We contacted the company and spoke with Doris with customer service. She was fantastic. After providing her with detailed information (video and picture) about the problem we were having, she explained that the company will be sending a new unit to us with no additional charge. The Giraffe Garden hose is solid one to have. Pretty nice to have at your garden and works properly. In my case it got malfunctioned once and they replaced it for me. I recommend it because these are trusted.

Tina at customer care quickly diagnosed the problem and organissed a replacement unit.
After a years my pressure hose burst. I was expecting a replacement hose or to be direct to a local repair shop for a repair, but giraffe tools replaced the whole unit.

I’ve NEVER experienced a response as quick and efficient as Giraffe. Called the company September 2 instructing me to send an email with short video of problem, explanation, hose off track preventing it from winding, and purchase details. On September 8 a replacement was setting on my porch.

Product arrived quickly and was easy to install. Works great too! Had an issue with a leaky nozzle sprayer, contacted customer support and it was quickly replaced.

I really love the rapid response from custumer service unlike so many companies they really help you with the warranty and make it easier through the process. They send my replacement very quick. I am very satisfied.

I needed a nice light hose so the wife can water the plants and garden around the house without having to pull a heavy hose or water can around. Found the Giraffe retractable hose and we fell in love with this thing. Works great and looks great. I did have 1 slight little hiccup with it, but Giraffe has amazing customer service. They where able to swiftly resolve without any hesitation. I highly recommend and would buy again.
