GIOSTAR Mexico - Adult Stem Cells Therapy Arvostelua 

We received stem cell treatments with GIOSTAR Mexico three years in a row, and unfortunately, this last visit will be our final one.

Year 1 (Playa del Carmen):
Overall a good experience. Some room for improvement, but we were satisfied and confident enough to recommend the clinic to others.

Year 2:
The process was the same, but the staff felt less welcoming and less efficient. We assumed they may have been overwhelmed and decided to give them another chance.

Year 3 (Cancun):
This experience was extremely disappointing.
• We were given around 30 unfilled forms, many asking for repeated information that should have been pre-filled from previous years.
• We were required to sign documents in Spanish, without proper explanation.
• The blood draw was very painful, handled poorly, and caused significant distress.
• During the stem cell infusion, the machine kept beeping, and the doctor appeared unsure how to resolve it, eventually pushing the infusion manually, which raised serious concerns.
• Basic care was missing: no oxygen mask, a freezing room, no comfort check, and we were asked to leave shortly after IV hydration.
• Over one month later, we still have not received our blood test results, despite following up.

The nutrition follow-up felt generic and disconnected, with copy-paste emails and no clear coordination with the medical team.

After three years, the decline in professionalism and patient care is clear. We previously recommended this clinic to many people, but we no longer can. We felt neglected and disappointed, especially given the cost and expectations.

We will not be returning.

I called Giostar Mexico after watching their patients' testimonials and reviews on Youtube. My experience with everyone in the staff was great. Patient Coordinators were really helpful, providing convincing information in a professional way. Dr. Daniel in their Los Algodones clinic provided me attention and support the entire therapy. I understand that diabetes is currently incurable, but I have honestly felt much better overall. My insulin intake has descreased, I have a lot more energy and I have recovered productivity in my business. I am grateful and highly recommend them as the best stem cell clinic in mexico.

We felt the experience was a good one. This therapy provides a treatment that is unique and promising. It may not be the magic bullet for all but it does seem to help with some symptoms. The staff is friendly and helpful. The one complaint we had is that they give antihistamines and steroids in conjunction with the stem cells. We prefer a more holistic approach and don't wish to use pharmaceutical drugs. Fortunately, Giostar did allow us to refuse those drugs. We felt the overall experience is worth doing as for so many diseases, you just don't have any hopeful options.

Very effective, stem cell therapy has helped me gain part of my life. GIOSATAR Mexico has a great medical team and makes you feel very welcome, the procedure was simple and facilities were clean and comfortable.
