Don’t do it..
I was recommended to this wine company. Firstly ordering was tricky as their system thought my credit cards were not registered.then I ordered over the phone. 8452812 / 2 Then absolutely no communication. Here we are over 2 weeks later, still nothing. The online system has no update, and messaging does nothing they don’t reply. If you have low blood pressure this company is for you. If you don’t, avoid. A very unsatisfactory experience I have cancelled my order.
Update: as they suggested I called. Absolutely nothing no apology in fact I’m sure expect people to cancel because of poor service.

Giordano Wines have never failed me and…
Giordano Wines have never failed me and I have been a regular Costumer for at least 20 years. Their Cellar has a good range and it's easy to make a selection if you wish to make up a mixed case.
Their prices are competitive and their foods and glasses selection are always worth a look at.
You can't blame a local Delivery Serves on the Supplier, that's a variable down to the actual driver.

Good products - VERY Slow dispatch at times
Have been ordering wines from yourselves for years and on this occasion delivery was VERY slow (or should I actually say dispatch time ) - why do orders sometimes not get dispatched for 2+ weeks 🤷🏼♂️

Unble to open 3 bottles of Lambrusco
The corks on three Lambusco bottles have been compressed too far in to enable them to be opened. This is my first ever complaint as as regular customer. What can you do to resolve my problem. I will talk to your Customer Service tomorrow. I can provide pictures if neccessary.

Absolutely first class, wines and service.
A pleasure to deal with Giordano because of the ordering process and the quality of the wines .
Delivery was scheduled and right on time as advised
on tracking. The delay person was polite , refused a tip (offered because of weight etc.) in the nicest possible way .. and hoped we would enjoy the contents.
