Great range of wines and other goodies fir reasonable price

Great tasting wines at a very affordable price, good company to deal with but is being let down by delivery company Yodel. There were no emails with delivery dates, they just turn up unanounced, the last time they said they left it with my neighbour, they gave the wrong house number, I emai!ed them to say it was not there which they ignored. The delivery could have been lost on walking up and down I finally found the correct house, I would have to think carefully about ordering again.

Delicious wines delivered to your door with great value

The wine is absolutely brilliant but the one thing that lets the experience down is the completely useless delivery company who are just changing their name from Yodel. As it has to be delivered to me personally it would be really helpful to have a tracking system that worked. I checked and checked and despite having a tracking number on the app it said it didn't recognise it until later this morning it said it would be delivered by tomorrow which can mean pretty much any time then all of a sudden it said it would be delivered later today. Four hours notice is simply unacceptable and really put me off buying anything that is being delivered by the most useless and incompetent delivery company in existence

Far too long between ordering and dispatch

22days and my delivery still hasn't arrived. I do understand, there are delays sometimes but I had to contact the company to find out what was happening. A quick update would have been appreciated.

Giordano quality is very good, the wines in the offer are generally "everyday" wines of very acceptable quality. The "foods" again are very good and the 6 glasses I most definitely needed at this time. The only reason this is not 5 stars is that the delivery company did not notify (or update parcel tracking) of the actual day/time of delivery.

I have been a Giordano customer now for about 10 years and have never been disappointed with any delivery.
The most recent purchase included a set of glasses and, on opening them, found two to be broken. I referred this back to Giordano Customer Services and a satisfactory response was received within 1 week
I am still a very satisfied customer!!

The cases are really good value just wish we could play around with them, particularly if you wouldn’t to exclude a bottle that just wasn’t to your taste

Quality wines with a great selection and excellent value and service

I was recommended to this wine company. Firstly ordering was tricky as their system thought my credit cards were not registered.then I ordered over the phone. 8452812 / 2 Then absolutely no communication. Here we are over 2 weeks later, still nothing. The online system has no update, and messaging does nothing they don’t reply. If you have low blood pressure this company is for you. If you don’t, avoid. A very unsatisfactory experience I have cancelled my order.

Update: as they suggested I called. Absolutely nothing no apology in fact I’m sure expect people to cancel because of poor service.
