Item received in good time and quick to respond in communication. But the box was open and it did not look as though it had been securely packaged. Im surprised the item wasn't damaged.

Ordered some beauty products from Ginko and curlsmith. Both companies were new to me.
This is now my second parcel from Ginko and the one from curlsmith has yet to arrive.
I know who I will be ordering from again.

it is so nice and soft and because its adjustable its easy to put your hair in doesnt slip off and its not tight at all

My parcel was not handed to me
My parcel was not handed to me. The courier did not knock on my door. I received a text to say it was delivered and found my parcel on the path leading to my front door.
