I received my infinity gold mirrored hoop and it was cracked I contacted the delivery company DHL. I was told that it was Gimme Hoop who I needed to communicate with. Gimme Hoop is Now telling me I can send an additional $125.00 to ship it back to them so they can repair it after I initially paid $810.96 for two items with them.. it takes forever to get a response and that’s the unrealistic reply that I got.

It came to Canada in a couple weeks. Had to pay $90 in customs but that's not bad. It is well crafted and gorgeous.
I got the gold mirror hoop, the only thing is I wish the bolt to put the hoop to the frame was not silver. But that is so minor and not a big deal.

My frame arrived much later than expected & then had a small chip out of the frame when I opened it. Not only did they not take accountability for the chip, they tried to charge me another $95 to have a new frame shipped. Absolutely zero customer service. Do not buy anything from this company.

I placed 2 orders with gimme hoop, both items arrived early to the U.S. and securely packaged in flawless shape. The LV pattern is rich, sharp , and looks amazing. I’m very happy all around and will order from them again in the future.

Love the product. Would have given 5 stars but I paid for 2-4 shipping. When order was placed it did not indicate that but rather have a delivery date of a few days later. The package did end up arriving when I needed it but I could not find any customer service number or get a reply while I was waiting. The product itself is fantastic and worth the $$$

STAY AWAY. These products are terribly made. I bought the largest size Louis Vuitton framed hoop and two framed paintings and I am appalled. The chains to hang the two paintings from are literally longer than the painting. So when you try to hang them you can see the chain and the nail you use to hang it. Why would someone make something like that? The frames that look so good in pictures, are shockingly made out of very cheap spray painted light styrofoam which is what the chain hangs on to. It’s completely incapable of holding its own weight. Because of how large and expensive the hoop was- I paid for it to be installed professionally, only to have the entire thing fall to the ground incredibly dangerously very shortly after I bought it. Thank goodness no one was in the house but it did trigger my home alarm system. I ran home to find my house was not broken into but the hoop I just paid thousands for was on the ground in pieces because the chain they used to hang it ripped clear off. The professional installers had even mentioned to me how poorly made it was and I had to hear very embarrassing comments about it. They reinforced the way they hung it but still it’s so badly made it still fell. The professional installation is intact it is perfectly installed in the wall still and the styrofoam frame ripped completely off of the very poor quality hinge that the very poor quality chain was haphazardly connected to. After reaching out to the company about the terrible quality they asked for some pictures. After they saw the pictures they said to me: ‘Well it could not have fallen by itself. Was someone doing slam dunks on it?’

Please, the hoop is so badly made it would break if someone was even just thinking of touching it. Ofcourse there were no slam dunks made on it I live in a home not a ratchet gym it’s supposed to be a piece of art and I have been treating it like that since I opened it. They then said that they could send me a new frame. Which I not only have no idea how I would somehow know how to install onto what’s left of the old hoop but that I would also have to pay shipping for it. So I get an email back from them, not saying sorry, not apologizing for all the money I have wasted buying it and getting it professionally installed, not saying sorry for the danger it caused in my home and the inconvenience, but I get an email telling me that if I want a new frame sent to me I have to pay shipping which is $540. I was like- I’m sorry that’s so unfair. You sent me a terribly made item that fell to pieces less than a month from opening it out of the box and now I have to pay $540 to get you to send me a new frame which I’m guessing would also be made out of cheap styrofoam painted with gold spray paint again? I explained to them that I can show them screenshots from my alarm system proving it fell when no one was home and that it fell because it is a terribly made item. And then they never replied to me ever again. SAVE YOUR MONEY, TERRIBLE PRODUCTS, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, STAY AWAY.

I buy a framed hoop and the design is incredible. I had a problem because during the shippment, framed was broken. I send a mail a sunday, on monday they send me an another. I just can advice you to buy to them with closed eyes. I am french customer

my frame arrived broken in half, and several clips off the back of the frame were snapped off and the company did nothing to make the situation right. frame is made of cheap plastic and photos are low quality prints on low quality paper that fades VERY quickly. total rip off and company is scamming customers. DO NOT BUY

Product arrived completely destroyed. Frame is of poor quality. Gimmehoop stated they would file the claim with shipping company. It’s been almost 2 months and they won’t return my communication or refund my money. Don’t buy from these guys
