Super quick service and delivery. No issues with placing my order. I bought a Tunnocks teacake china cup for a friend for her birthday and she was delighted with it.

Kept me informed of timescales, packaged item well. Teacake umbrella is iconic, fun a
nd jolly - a great colour for a dreich day!

My Tunnock’s brolly has done a fine job keeping me dry, and raised a smile from otherwise grouchy Londoners.

Best customer service ever!!
I hadn't clicked for the discount before checkout but it was resolved within minutes.
My Tunnocks tea cake umbrella arrived quicker than expected, and the quality is amazing; has already survived a few nasty Scottish downpours.

How did I not know about Gillian Kyle and her wonderful Tunnocks creations before now?! Recently received the awesome Tunnock umbrella, what a thing of beauty. Quality is amazing, well made, very sturdy - far too good to use! Just placed an order for the cake tin...
I have been kept up to date by email throughout the order and delivery processes. My umbrella arrived well packed, using recyclable materials (we can recycle single use plastics here, which were minimal - the clear plastic umbrella sheath and the bubble wrap tip protector).
Love that this is a small family concern. With the care and attention they give to their products and their customers they deserve to be successful. Thank you for a very positive experience.

Very impressed with this umbrella. Very good quality. Gave me a bit of a fright on first opening since it does it on its own. Solid item and bright enough not to forget easily.

Order easy to place, regular updates when order was to arrive, delivered when expected- excellent packaging. When opened- very pleased with the quality of the mug- will be the perfect gift. Thank you

I bought the Still Game T shirt for my daughter who is a big fan. I haven't given it to her yet, but I know it'll make her laugh and she'll love wearing it. A unique and funny gift.

Quick delivery. Nicely packaged.
I love this cushion. It is a present that I am sure will be loved.

Very happy with service and with purchase. When I ordered my mugs I knew they were out of stock. Got quick response from company to any enquiries. I will shop with this company again.

Gillian Kyle products are excellent and good value.
If you have a soft spot for bonnie Scotland buy her products, especially if you like the name Tunnock.

Great product from a lovely company with excellent customer service. Friendly communications and tracking data.

I have never ordered from this site before, but I was very impressed with the quality of the items I received and their swift delivery. Great gifts for true Scottish folk.

Perfect for my Tunnocks, tea cakes and other chocolatey snacks. Great design and good delivery service.

Easy to order, fantastic customer service, no hassle exchange process, lovely, friendly and approachable team and best of all the most fabulous mug! Christmas shopping coming next!

Great delivery good arrived within 48hrs of order. Good quality different goods. Some items gifts for family who no longer live in Scotland but still long for home.

I love my Tunnocks Tin! I used to live in Scotland and love my Tunnocks, so that even now I live in England it's my wee taste and reminder of Scotland! Great quality tin and fits three rows of Tunnocks - that should last a week or two.......

Absolutely delighted with my two purchases.
Service from this company was first class.

The tin arrived nice and quick, thanks, Gillian. It received its first batch of "Caramels" immediately (2 x 8-packs), and they fitted nicely. Nice to have a tidy stock in a bright tin on my shelf.

A lovely Xmas gift for my wife who loves these biscuits, fast delivery, great value
