I use the services of platforms and receive projects on Upwork.

I got an email from Ann Kline in September regarding automating my agency's lead generation on Upwork. It hit the painpoint as I have had multiple experiences with multiple freelancer Upwork bidders that kept missing opportunities to bid on and the quality of their proposals was subpar at best.
So I took Ann's offer to get on a call with their agent Julia who explained how the whole process could be automated.
There were no contracts so I decided to give it a go.
I was welcomed with an onboarding call by Mariia, a CSM. Mariia helped me understand the platform better and assisted with the creation of 2 scanners that would look for relevant jobs 24/7.
once I turned the auto-bidding on, I had 30 high-quality AI-generated bids sent out over a week and got 6 responses, out of which one closed into a $5,000 fixed-price contract. GigRadar's team has been helpful in setting up the platform to my specifications and afterwards I simply had to ensure my team picked up the inbound leads that responded to AI proposals.
Moreover, I have noticed an increase in invites that my agency has been receiving due to the increased bidding activity + the profile optimization tips I received from the CSM team.
I am excited to keep using the service and seeing how far it can help me take the Upwork side of business in 2024

None of their automation strategies work, their team is remarkably unresponsive, taking a month to get back to you. Additionally you can't cancel. I had to just have my credit card block their charges.

Got a series of unprofessional emails from someone named Mia Moser. She spammed me (I never heard of this company or gave them my email). She started by saying they could help me with my low stats in Upwork (so apparently she doesn't know how to read a profile, if they don't even understand how to read a profile then how can they help at all?) But furthermore they violate Upwork's TOS by finding me on Upwork then taking communication outside of Upwork. I doubt their service complies with Upwork's TOS, and I will be making a report to Upwork about them. When I told them in no uncertain terms to leave me alone, Mia continued emailing me, attempting to insult me, then saying they would help my competitors...sure you will. You're cold calling me as a lead and you think you are going to help my competitors? Shows how little they understand at all about my field but also about freelancing in general. Seems like a really great way to waste money. And considering Mia's complete lack of professionalism, you'd likely just be flushing your money down the toilet. Also, she continued emailing me after I informed her she was in violation of the CAN SPAM act, so I'll be filing a report with the FTC.

And despite telling them multiple times to remove me from all of their lists, they continue to spam me. Every spam email gets reported to the FTC and to Upwork, since they continue to violate Upwork's TOS as well.
