Recieved a gift card as a present. I registered the gift card through the correct website. Tried to use the card 30 mimutes later. The transaction was declined. I checked the balance and there was a transaction for the total amount on the card made to Bet Rivers.com in Chicago, I live in Texas. When I tried to dispute the charge via phone. There was a message that thier registration portal had issues. There were addtional securtiy messures that were not there when I activated the card. They were either Hacked and haven't reported it or they know anout the scammers. Do not buy these as gifts. They are a complete scam. I sugest everyone that's been scammed to file a report to the FTC as I am. They can't refund the money but maybe they can stop the scam from happing to someone else.
Edited to add: Maurice From giftcard mall has reached out through trust pilot. Maurice if you would like to reach out and make this right you can email me with the email attached to the card ending in 4715. Reaching out through trustpilot with a link to add more details here without any specifics of what you need is unhelpful and apears to be disingenuous. I gave the date, amount of the charge, the betting site and the city it was charged in. My name is on this review. You can go through your records and find me to reach out but you haven't.

Total scam and impossible to resolve. Got 3 gift cards as a work anniversary gift, and not an insignificant amount. I did not try to activate or register any of the cards, but I did call the number to check the balance on one of the cards. Said I had a $100 balance on the card. I tried to use it at Lowes for a small purchase and was declined. I checked the balance again and it was $0. The entire amount of $100 was immediately stolen and charged to Draftkings.com. I suspect the # I called on the back of the card is a scammer # and once you enter the card information they steal the money. The cards are paper as well, not legit. It is impossible to get any kind of customer service. I'm afraid to even try to use the other cards, as they have significant balances, (allegedly). Scam company needs to be investigated and shut down.

This is probably the most thoughtful scam i have ever seen. The website asks you to enter your card info, cleans the balance off the card and when you call the number on the card, it tells you to enter your information again on the keypad so they can make sure they did a good job cleaning your balance out. Total scam. Beware.

My attempts to reach "customer service" left me more anger than I was to begin with. There are several transactions on my card I DIDN'T make! On their website, I was under the impression that I could call customer service if I had any issues with the website. I call and all I get is, "thank you for calling..." an automated response designed to force me to leave personal information. They said they'd leave a form in an email for me to fill out and to return to them. They continued to say it would take up to four weeks for them to respond. I have lost $200.00 due to someone else using my card - I don't want to wait four weeks, I want to talk with a live, a real person to talk to about my issues!

Received these cards for Christmas last year. I’ve tried using my gift cards numerous times and they keep getting declined even though money is on the gift card and I verified with merchants they accept card. Spending way too much time dealing with customer service. Interestingly enough the day following my last interaction with my gift card rep and emailing card information, the card has fraudulent charges on it. I now have to dispute charges and wait for a new card to be issued and mailed to me. I would not recommend this company to anybody.

NOT AGAIN
My mother sent me one for Christmas 12/25/24, I JUST NOW remembered I had it. I thought awesome! $50 cool! Nope.... Someone had gotten a hold of it (shipped through Amazon) made a bunch of online gaming purchases. I'm currently still on hold (after an hour) and no one can tell me why or how... They just keep transferring me. They don't care and at 8am on a Sunday, they are making me feel like an inconvenience for something I didn't even do.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REPLACEMENT CARD STILL NOT RECEIVED AFTER MANY TIMES OF FOLLOWING UP
I bought a gift card 120$ and used in 3 online transaction and all were failed but the amount was charged and i report it immediately in this hotline 888-5241283 the customer service told me wait for 5-7 days for replacement card with 100$ i follow up after 7 days the agent said wait for 3 days i follow again after 3 days and spoke to the manager sept 17 he said he will make a report case about this replacement card and wait after 7 days, i follow up again after 7 days it was sept 24 the agent said she will make expedite report and they will send me tracking number and wait after 3 business days, but i never received any tracking number, and i follow up today sept 30 i spoke to the supervisor why i didnt recieved the replacements card and every time i follow up they only say wait for 3-5 days wait for 10 days he told me he will make a new report again and wait for the email and i told him everytime i call the customer service they only says like this " wait for another 3-5 days or will make a new report" . I even didnt recieve any email as the supervisor told me he will email me but no email no anything. Even i called yesterday and the customer agent disconnect the line and this is so very rude. Until now i still didn't recieve the replacement card after many times of following up. I just need my money back

I received a MC gift card from a company, I was unable to use it so I looked online, zero balance, it had been used twice in another state. Gift card sent me a replacement, I activated the card in the morning, by the afternoon when I tried to use it- zero balance, again, used in another state. You have to avoid accidentally entering…
You have to avoid accidentally entering the number in on a similar gift card website. They basically try and get you to sell the card balance for a loss. So you don’t have to reuse their website. It’s some way for them to try and stalk you and attach to you as parasites. They stole the last 5.70 off it and pretends the card was never purchased. We went off this type of business a long time ago with things like iPads and computers. The type of fraud you all do isn’t possible to get away with, you all didn’t even use bitcoin. I have gotten many gift cards for birthdays and teacher week. My first problem the card was missing numbers from the 16 digit card number. I figured someone tampered with it prior to the sale and I got a new card eventually however this time I was scammed and it’s crazy to think scammers are doing this with gift cards. I made one purchase with the card and a few days later I tried to use it again only to be embarrassed because no funds remained. When I checked online there was a purchase at Home Depot that I had nothing to do with. People should just give cash as a gift, these gift cards are a headache to deal with. Please refund me my $62 because receiving money as a gift and then for it to be taken away is very unfair and sad.

Buyers be aware!!
I would most definitely give this card a zero if I could. When we went to go activate the card, the money was gone within seconds. I spent hours on the phone trying to fix the problem and then they sent me a new card with the problem not fixed at all!! Buyers be aware this card is a scam! Don’t waste your money!!!
