Excellent service/ communication
Good communication letting me know my product wasn’t able to arrive next day due to stock availability (having to be shipped from warehouse) I haven’t recieved product yet. But so far very satisfied with service.

Item arrived in poor condition
Item arrived in poor condition. Box damaged on both ends, thick layer of dust on the box and part of the box had a sticker on it which was removed. This was bought as a gift, I cannot gift this. Delivery was quick.
