Hi Tiago, Thank you so much for your time over the phone today! We would like to sincerely apologise in regards to the delay your order experienced, we try our very best to be as clear with our customers as possible when it comes to the current possibilities of delays but we do take this on board as feedback! The current state of the postal system makes it very hard for us, as well as many other companies at the moment to predict and guarantee delivery dates as the backlogs in the systems are ever changing. We were glad to hear though, that when you did reach out to us via chat your were able to efficiently chat to one of our agents and discuss the delays through and possible further action moving forward. Under normal circumstances, your delivery would have been delivered next day without any troubles ! Thanks once again for your feedback and time over the phone :) - The GiftBasket Team

Excellent value, service and exceptional delivery time.
I am thrilled by the service and extremely fast delivery of my order through gift basket.com.au, I ordered my gift by 3pm for delivery the following day and it arrived by 2pm on the day requested. The service was excellent as the delivery was to a small town further out for delivery and the gift arrived well wrapped, as ordered and the price was great value. Thank you.
