Hi there, thank you so much for your time over the phone today! I was so glad I was able to have the opportunity to speak with you and understand that you had been given this feedback by one of your recipients and that they felt as though the value for money was not great. Our website states exactly what is included in our chocolate bouquets and that they are bite sized chocolates. There are also many other hidden costs involved in making these bouquets. All the best - The GiftBasket Team :)

Hi Michelle, Our sincere apologies for the disappointment expereinced with your order. I have had a look into this and I can see that the card message you had given us to attach to your order was written as 'Happy 2st ....' and so this is what was automatically attached to your basket. In the process of attaching these card messages we always try to make sure that everything is correct, in particular the message matching the order so a mistake like this given to us was one we unfortunately missed in our process. In regards to your delivery date, I can see that it was actually delivered on the date you had requested which was the 9th but was not collected from the post office by someone until the 25th. We do sincerely apologise for the disappointment this has caused, however we do still hope that your recipient was still thrilled with their basket you arranged for them! Kindest Regards - The GiftBasket Team

Hi Irena, thank you so much for your time over the phone today! I was so glad to be able to speak with you and hear that everything was delivered safe and sound and that your recipients were able to receive their basket and they were thrilled with it. Unfortunately due to the uncertainty of delivery times and the postal system at the moment we have been sending orders out a day or so early to avoid any known delays and this is something we advise our customers of at the checkout out. However your order was not affected by any of the current delays and therefore got there that day early so we do apologise for the inconvenience this caused your delivery! All the best - The GiftBasket Team :)

great service but better if delivery arrived for dad's b'day
Service as advertised but would have been even better if it made it to my dad on his birthday. One day late isn't bad in the current circumstances.

Hi Rachel! Thank you so much for your review and our sincere apologies in regards to the slight delay your order experienced, under normal circumstances there would have been no reason as to why it was not delivered on the exact date you had requested. I hope your dad was still able to enjoy his basket and his birthday was a wonderful one!
:) Thanks again!!

Hi Eleanor, thank you so much for your time over the phone this morning! Our sincere apologies in regards to the cheese that was missing out of your basket, it seems as though our team may have mistakenly missed the brie in your basket in the packing phase of processing your order. Thank you so much for your understanding over the phone and a refund for this missing cheese has been processed to your billing account. Once again, our sincere apologies in regards to this mistake with your order! I hope your recipients were still able to enjoy the basket and celebration - The GiftBasket Team :)

My only suggestion would be to have the option of seeing a photo of the final product. I would have liked to know how pretty it looked. :-)
