The worst customer service I’ve ever…

The worst customer service I’ve ever had. I bought a bike. I had it for only two weeks. They try to charge me for brakes. They try to say that the bike was damaged where the bike was taken to the brand new only use the bike twice and put it away While my car was being fixed and the Body Shop I took pictures and video to confirm that I returned the bike and Macklin condition. These people are all here for the money to screw the customer. How is it that a bike that has hydraulic brakes needs new pads in two weeks and used it only twice? How do I get a bill for $380 for such a thing makes no sense I called them and when I brought my evidence to them that I got a video and pictures they hung up the phone on me once I tell them I told him I will sue them and take legal action for the false Claims
