Stay away from this company. This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had.
My experience with Whizz has been extremely disappointing. I feel misled by the DoorDash promotion and how it was explained. I completed the required deliveries during my first month believing I would continue receiving the advertised discount, but instead I was charged the full monthly amount without any warning or confirmation.
The worst part was the customer service. I spent hours in chat over multiple days trying to resolve the issue. Every time I asked to speak with a manager or requested a phone call, I was refused. I was repeatedly told that a callback was “not possible” and that there was nothing more they could do. For a company charging customers hundreds of dollars, refusing to let customers speak with a supervisor is unacceptable.
Instead of listening to my concerns, support repeatedly copied the same responses, insisted the promotion was “clear,” and refused to acknowledge that I believed I had been given different information. They never provided a meaningful escalation or allowed me to discuss the issue with someone who had authority to resolve it.
I have saved all of my chat history, invoices, and screenshots documenting the entire experience. In my opinion, this company’s customer service shows little respect for customers once they have your money.
If you are considering renting from Whizz, read every promotional term carefully and be prepared for the possibility that, if a billing dispute arises, you may only have access to chat support with no ability to speak to a manager by phone.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
My experience left me feeling that this company does not value transparency, accountability, or customer service. I would never do business with Whizz again, and I strongly recommend that anyone considering renting from them carefully read every term and be prepared for significant difficulty if a billing dispute arises.

Over the course of a dozen visits, I’ve had the unique opportunity to be an informed observer of how this location handles intense logistical pressure. This shop gets packed, the stakes are high, and emotions frequently run hot. I have personally watched Viguera navigate incredibly complex, high-stress, and sometimes genuinely hostile customer situations without ever losing his cool.
His capabilities are nothing short of elite:
1. Flawless Bilingual Execution: He transitions seamlessly between English and Spanish, ensuring every rider is completely understood, respected, and taken care of regardless of language barriers.
2. De-escalation Expertise: He has an unmatched talent for defusing tense, chaotic standoffs with absolute professionalism, shifting frantic energy into practical solutions.

I would not recommend renting or using the rent-to-own option with this company based on my experience. I returned the bike in good condition, and the staff inspected it and told me everything was fine. Three days later, I unexpectedly received an invoice and was charged $42.46 without any clear explanation beforehand.
I immediately contacted customer support to ask why I was charged and requested a refund, but I never received a response. It’s frustrating to be charged after returning the bike in good condition and then have your concerns ignored.
If you’re thinking about renting or choosing the rent-to-own option, be cautious. Based on my experience, you could face unexpected charges even after returning the bike, and getting help from customer service may be difficult. I recommend taking photos or videos of the bike when you return it and keeping all your records. Unfortunately, I won’t be using this service again.
