Unfair overcharge and misleading pricing. Cobro injusto y precio engañoso
I booked a ride with a fixed price shown in the app to a specific drop-off point outside the airport grounds. The driver dropped us off at the requested spot, but after the trip, the destination was modified in the app to the airport, resulting in a much higher charge.
Customer support via chat only offered a small partial refund that does not cover the unfair extra fee for a service we did not request. Extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency and poor support. Be very careful with destination updates on this app.

El soporte por chat solo me ofreció un pequeño reembolso parcial que no cubre el sobrecargo. Muy decepcionado con la falta de transparencia y la mala atención al cliente. Tened mucho cuidado con los cambios de destino en esta aplicación.

I use GETT to book black cabs for my mum who is a wheelchair user. multiple times have been sent cabs with non working ramps despite always picking accessible option. The result today has been an 82 year old blind wheelchair user waiting over an hour to get home in the rain and on the bus.
The app showed she had been picked up and I had to call customer service to cancel and rebook. re-booked cab never happened as no driver available. This service can't be relied on unfortunately.

I ordered and paid for a trip £14-93 from South Kensington to St James Place, Brompton Rd Sw3
The driver made a mistake and was taking us to St James place when I noticed he was going the wrong way he said he made a mistake and took us to the correct address, but my payment was changed and I paid more £ 17.79 !
It was his mistake and I should not have been charged more.

The vehicle was early and the nice driver, drove up and parked just where I waited. No need to cross the road since I use two walking sticks.
