Please do not buy from this company. They sell poor quality software and do not give support, Try their online help. You can not email them (greyed out) message them (greyed out) Call them just rings with no answer. Be careful

I purchased one of their Microsoft Office packages on Groupon in March 2025. They sent me a link / product key to download and access the product. However, it has never worked. I’ve requested a refund on two occasions (most recently in November 2025) and they have refused to issue the refund; opting instead to issue fresh instructions as to how to access the product. However, the new instructions have not worked.

Bought an office 2024 licence via groupon, should have known better!
Firstly, the redemption link was blocked by AVG due to malicious scripts trying to run.
Secondly, I read the reviews on here saying that the licence is bogus!
Life lesson. If it looks too good, it is!!!

I recently purchased a Microsoft package (bargain) via Groupon however i kept running into issues when entering the product key online and via phone. I emailed this company ‘Get Software Deals’ as advised by Groupon in the instructions email. They replied very quickly and their instructions were spot on! I was close to requesting a refund beforehand and I'm happy i didn't as the deal i received was an 87% save. Thank you!

Total scam. No response from merchant. Groupon issued refund but it's the last time I'll be using them too. Don't waste your money or risk your security. Stay clear of this merchant.

Ich habe via Groupon das Software-Paket für mein neues MacBook gekauft.

Da ich den Code nicht gleich erhielt (ich war vermutlich einfach zu ungeduldig), habe ich den Kundendienst kontaktiert und erhielt auch prompt eine Antwort.

Die Installation verlief einfach und problemlos, nur ein wenig Englisch sollte man können, da die Anleitung nicht auf deutsch verfügbar ist!

Office läuft super - und auf natürlich auf deutsch - auf dem Mac!

Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist super!

I bought two coupons for Microsoft Office 2024 Professional Plus for Windows 10 and 11, with lifetime access: one for me and one as a gift. The person I gifted the second coupon to received the same licence number as mine. We contacted the seller (Get Software Deals) because this seemed odd, but we got no response. Normally, I would expect our licence numbers to be unique, but they weren't.

Additionally, my antivirus flagged the seller's product claim form as dangerous. It said the webpage tried to install malware on my computer.

I advise being cautious with this seller. I'm really disappointed that Groupon.fr is associated with them. I will never buy from this seller again.

I purchased the Office 2024 for Mac and downloaded it 8 times - on no occasion was the product recognised and activated to be usable. I tried contacting the company and also Groupon through whom I purchased the software - neither company resolved the licence activation issue and I would definitely not recommend getsoftwaredeals as it's impossible to get a response from them.

je devais me douter qu' office 2024 à vie pour moins de 15€ c'était impossible, (commande 1017606489) plusieurs échanges avec ce site et puis plus rien. ils demandent les codes alors que c'est envoyé, ils envoient un lien qui renvoie sur office 365, ils renvoient un nouveau lien qui ne fonctionne pas et puis silence. tant pis pour moi !

Feels like a bit of a scam company, unable to instal software, had emailed from them that seemed very unprofessional, asking me to download software to allow them access to my computer, jumped through hoops to have them help me and they didn’t.
Really odd, times wasting and I didn’t get what I paid for at all. Nothing worked.
