MS Office accepts the product keys at first, but deactivates them over time. all support does is send a new key and tell you that you did not activate the software. the new product key eventually becomes invalid again. such a waste of money.

Purchased a Groupon voucher for Microsoft Office 24. I visited the site to redeem my voucher but my antiviral software said it was a malicious site. As I was within the time to request a refund I did so but Groupon are refusing to give me a refund since the company said I had used the service. I was asked for the security code which I gave but the subsequent link they sent me was also malicious, hence I did not want to use it. I shall be going through my credit card provider to see if I can get a refund

I bought 1 license of Microsoft Office Professional Plus for personal use in Dutch.
They sent me a license of MS Office LTSC Professional Plus.
They wrote me that I could download a Language Package for Dutch: it didn't work.
I called Microsoft support: they told me this cannot be use with the bought product.

After some days I got a link from MS.
Then I had to install a second (Dutch) LTSC version next to the English, an then it worked well at last!

Strange way to get there.

I purchased the Microsoft Office 2024 package via Get Software Deals, com specifically to obtain Publisher (I already had a Microsoft package on my laptop). I paid £11.49 for the package and it does NOT include Publisher. I then purchased Microsoft Office 2021 (£7.50) which does have Publisher included. Now I am trying to get a refund for the 2024 version which is proving very difficult. BEWARE if you want Publisher. DON'T PURCHASE THE 2024 VERSION.

Offenbar Betrugs-Firma: Lieferung bezahlt, aber nicht erhalten. Nach Kauf wurde ich auf eine Website verwiesen, welche die Browser Message "Fehlerhinweis: Ungültige Website" auslöste. Bei allem Bemühen ist es mir nicht gelungen, die bezahlte Lizenz zu erhalten.

I would suggest that some of the reviews on here are bogus as this company is a scam. Do not purchase. Surprised Groupon do not vet sellers before they are alloed to sell on their site.

I purchased a lifetime microsoft Office pack. I followed instructions and typed in validation code etc

My office package worked for a month. Then wouldn't work. It kept coming up with an alert saying it wasn't valid due to too many users.

I was forced to emergency buy directly from Microsoft as I needed to access my office stuff. This cost me £86

On contacting the Groupon Merchant I told them the situation and asked for a refund as it was mis-sold to me and wasn't fit for purpose. They said that it hadn't validated it, when I had as I was using it for a month, before it stopped working

They have not issued my refund and have ghosted me ever since.

I would not recommend.
