The response is 100%, the support is perfect (got answer within couple of hours over the Christmas period!!! Thx A... ) the software is fully functional (REVIT), install easy, prices are very good!
I wanted to quote 4 stars (otherwise it might look like a fake review), but it really deserves 5 stars.

Exactly as expected, did take a little more than 12 hours but is perfect. Will be ordering some additional software soon!

I made a purchase of an identical order because of possible invasion of my financial sources that required me to reinstall Windows 11.. Poor record keeping forced me to do this since I tried to contact Getrenewedtech for my activation key unsuccessfully (No contact phone ...only AI broiler plate response on line.) So I again purchased MS Office 365 for 2019 which all works well in Windows 11, except MS Word which messages that it needs activation. I sent a note explaining my issue, but have had no response on how I can activate my purchase of Word. The solution must be easy, but getting to someone for assistance is fustrating.

Purchased the Autodesk Revit program, 24hr later, up and running without any issues.

Initially I was dubious as the deal seemed too good to be true. I need never have worried as the purchase, delivery and installation worked seamlessly. I would certainly recommend the company.

I have only just purchased Office, and not needed any support. It all seems to work fine.
Only issue was some confusion about how to download and install, and I went round in circles a couple of times, but nothing too serious.

Used them several times and its great. bought several products for online download and I was able to install within an hour from purchasing. Highly recommended.

Bought an AutoCad student license, as I cannot use my employer's autocad suite for training since their system is all tied to current design projects. Once I followed the instruction to establish an Autodesk account, GetRenewedTech worked on linking the license to the Autodesk account and it all worked as a charm.

Was skeptical at first, but after some research figured it was worth a try. Purchased Maya on Friday and I was pleased to see within 24hrs I received an email that my license was active. I recently purchased Microsoft Office Home & Business 2024 for MacOS from GetRenewedTech online. I was initially a bit apprehensive and had quite a number of questions about the product and the steps for setting it up on my Apple Desktop Computer.

I contacted GetRenewedTech via their Live Chat Service and subsequently sent them an online message with all of my questions. I was very impressed with the prompt reply I received from James once he received it in the UK (I am in Sydney Australia) and after a couple of emails with my questions all answered, I was ready to order.

I found the ordering process seamless and a download was provided with very comprehensive instructions. This was somewhat daunting at the start for a senior like me, however I was then able to set it up on my computer with a certain amount of confidence knowing that support was available if I needed it.

Overall I am very pleased with the product so far and feel that I bought value for the money. I would have no hesitation in dealing with GetRenewedTech in the future.

The proof of good service is the aftercare. I bought Office 2024 in September. I had some initial queries about how legit the LTSC version is, and these were satisfactorily answered. I then had to change computer and had some complications. James at GetRenewedTech gave excellent support. They're not the cheapest, but they give the back up, and that's A1.

I ordered software, no link was sent thereafter only proof of purchase. That this morning still no response. The helpline was also conveniently closed. No response all day even from sending. There is also no way of deleting your account.

Everything was perfect, the purchase was quick and the registration was completed within the timeframe stated on the website. However, they should specify that these are student licenses.

The price point of this offer made this seem to good to be true. However so far this has been a seemless purchase and the fact that the software comes from the Autodesk account page directly is a plus.
