I purchased a windows 11 pro key and initially it seemed the process had failed. I did not receive an email and could not see the key on the website. After creating a ticket, the issue was resolved very quickly.

I purchases a key on Mon 18 May, 17:23, key does not work, none replying to email. If this happens to anyone just contact your bank for a refund.

Very happy with this update (mine had run out and so anything on Word etc had very limited functionality). I am NOT tech savvy, so if I can download it, anyone can (very clear instructions were sent). thank you.

Followed instructions easy installation for me, took a couple of days for Microsoft to verify the product but working fine.

I bought an updated version of Microsoft Office for the new computer I bought having been very satisfied with previous purchases and also helped my grand daughter purchase the same for her new computer. Neither of us has a need for Office 365 as we only need it for personal use. Both purchases and downloads were easy and the service was very good and the price was exceptional. These are the third products I have purchased from you and there will probably be more as we update.

This is a really good company. You check out the details of apps you require and receive very quickly by download. Shall definitely use again.

I purchased an Office 2024 licence for Mac only to receive instructions afterwards it can’t be used to download office using Microsoft’s official process (using a legitimate key to download from their website). The instructions instead say to download tools and the installer from some other website with no indication whatsoever as to their safety. This is clearly a massive security risk and if there was any indication of this I wouldn’t have bought it. As far as I am concerned this is not a legitimate key because it can’t be used to download the product as Microsoft say. I would like an immediate refund.
