The timings for my check in was off schedule which, while resolved, created some challenges for me.

Very easy site to navigate. If you have any questions, someone is there to assist you. Very appreciative

While the site is a bit hard to navigate- the service has been prompt and efficient. They respond to all questions and are deliveries are great!

I like how fast and efficient this company is. You always receive your medication on a timely manner and before you even come close to running out. The only thing I’m disappointed in is the lack of communication there is. There doesn’t seem to be any check in’s with you by the doctor or the nurse and for my personal preferences I would appreciate that. Although there is an option to communicate with a pharmacist, it would still to nice to have that added touch to have a nurse reach by email even to see how you’ve been doing. Often, people think they are just speaking with AI.

I’ve been using Raven for the last four months and now that I’m just on a maintenance dose. I just have to deal with the pharmacy. I’ve left the country a few times for holidays and they’ve always worked well with me and the product is delivered within one day to my door. They always answer any questions I have and I feel like they are a trusted supplier.

I still get hungry in the afternoon. And I haven't lost the weight I thought that I should have by now.

I was really hesitant on using Raven at first, but wow - I have been really impressed by all the support I was given by the support staff - emails answered quickly they explained the entire process to me and answered all my questions. The doctor has been great - check ins on time. The weight lost has been great- this has really helped me get my confidence back!! Thank you Raven!!
The only con is that it is a bit pricey- but in turn you get wonderful support

Essentially this is just a medication subscription service. I thought there would be more lifestyle/ health support. The responses from the physicians are obviously copy and pasted and repeated from patient to patient. It is good at sending the medication regularly though.

Ease of use and regular interaction with the doctor.

The service by the doctor has been pretty good as they answer quickly. The help desk is amazing. The cost of the medication is the highest anywhere and once I don’t have insurance anymore I will have to stop taking it or try to get it elsewhere. I don’t like that the receipts they send in the package are not detailed enough and my insurance company questions them every time. I then have to ask help desk to send me one.

Initial contact and start of the program was easy. Using the website for communication with the doctor and pharmacist is also easy. The only problem I had was obtaining an extended amount of my prescription for an extended vacation. I am usually out of the country for 3 months and this seemed to be a problem for their system. This issue was never suitable resolved so I will be short on medication while I’m away. I have been satisfied with Raven and only the one issue.
