The first 9 weeks were a regular lost but for thé first month I had acid reflux at least 4 days in a row.
My last 3 weeks at 0.25 mg kept my body weight the same without losing. But I started 1 mg and lost 2 pounds this week. Less appetite for sure. I am happy with the result and no serious side effects.

I love the fact that once you are approved for treatment you don't have to worry about anything. Next doses arrive on time and there is no wait between finishing one pen and the start of the next .

It has been easy to use and gain access to. Th medication has really dulled the food noise I always struggled with. I have always been active, this has allowed me to dial in my diet. I am focussed on getting enough protein and fibre and do not experience hunger like I used to.

It has been great so far. I think in the future information should also be sent regarding what and what not to eat. This would help the user get use to a glp 1 diet.
