Friendly & quick customer service. Quick and efficient shipping. The product was exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely order again.

Discounts not being honored. They are advertising a special on their home page, yet they won't allow you to actually activate the discount.

You waste all your time loading pictures and choosing designs and they are hoping that you will still buy them. When asked why they won't honor the discount I have been told it is the sale season.

In trying to resolve the issue after this review, they have sent 2 more discount codes, neither of which actually work.

Misleading product photo and description. I purchased a printed Hug Me 'pillow' for $60+ and received a small plush toy I'm too embarrassed to gift as intended. Piece of crap, I won't be back.

I lost my kitty cat and was grieving badly so oredered my favourite photo of both of my cats together. I received my cushion ( in the shape of the cats together which i wasn't expecting but was delighted to get) which now takes pride of place on my bed. Highly recommended.
