They have horrible shipping and customer service. I never received my package, even though it was guaranteed before Valentines Day, days after it was marked as delivered. I was home on the delivery day and for the next few and didn't see anything. After emailing customer service, they told me to contact the local post office and see who made the delivery service.. which seems ridiculous, especially since it seems it was shipped from a different provider CDL/YunExpress? They also asked me to file a claim with the post office, which I think is meant to be the responsibility of the international sender. They refuse to do anything on their end in the meanwhile and it seems unlikely that they will. This has been a terrible experience and I will never order anything from them again, such a disappointment.

I was skeptical at first because of reviews I saw online. I ordered one of the photo lego gifts. I got it before Christmas! It took 12 days to get to me from the day I ordered. They were responsive the whole time and the product was perfect. The blocks fit together good and the picture printed on it is permanent, looks good, and is not cheaply made. I am very pleased.

The quick response and draft copy of the product I am buying. It is everything I had hoped for so excited to receive it and share it with everyone I know.

I placed a custom order for 5 pillows
a week prior to Christmas. Emailed Customer Service to see if they could expedite my order. Jason T. Replied back really quickly and could not have been nothing but helpful and quickly expedited my order for me. Amazing customer service ever! Will highly recommend!!!

I wanted to say that I am impressed with the custom stuffed dolls I purchased. I was a bit skeptical based on reviews, but the customer service was great, shipping time was great and they are so cute! nice soft material and great quality. Would recommend! :)

Absolutely do not order from here. I ordered 2 blankets, one of them was decent- sizing of the dogs is weird but I figured it was my fault since I sent them 2 different photos to incorporate into one blanket. HOWEVER- the other blanket literally still had white around the dog, they didn’t care enough to actually crop the photo all the way before printing.

They don’t have a phone number on their website to contact customer service either- red flag. So I sent them a chat and they are basically refusing to refund me, only send a replacement and have me pay shipping, FOR SOMETHING NOT MY FAULT. I agree to be done with this then when they send the invoice it looks super sketchy and says “Santa socks” instead of “get photo blanket” so I refuse to pay them, they’re sketchy, stingy, and low quality workers. Read the reviews people.

Update: they sent me $11 of my $109 purchase to make up for it. So stupid

I ordered a pillow that was depicted in the photo sitting on a chair so I figured it was at least big enough to sit on a chair. It was $35. When I received it it was the size of a pin cushion! I wrote them saying that this was a bait and switch but they never offered to give me my money back. This is a scam company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! So disappointing.
