I have just received my cameras and cannot connect to wifi. Complained and got an instant response that did not even address my primary issue.
Having another go at customer service to see if this can be resolved.

It's about a month since I recieved camera. Still can not setup to work with my cell phone! 😞 I thought would be easy to install. I guess I lost $60.

I was having issues trying to install the cameras (probably because of 5G, which I only found out by accident along the way, that they the cameras were not supported by 5G.) I stopped trying to install it when I was asked to enter my password for my Network, because the password was visible and not hidden. That concerned me so I immediately stopped the installation.

I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU TUBE KEEPS ALLOWING THESE FAKE COMPANIES TOO KEEP RIPPING US OFF . I'M LUCKY I CHECKED THE REVIEWS BEFORE I EVEN TRIED TO BUY 1 . I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED BEFORE OFF ANOTHER COMPANY THAT WAS ADVERTISING ON INSTAGRAM .
THESE ILLEGAL COMPANIES NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN I'M GOING TO REPORT THEM TO DOGE .
META AND YOUTUBE NEED TO STOP ALLOWING SCAMMERS TO ADVERTISE ON THEIR PLATFORMS .

Never did receive an email telling us the order was reset, but almost$100 ( for 2 cameras) was taken from credit card. After waiting for over 2 weeks ( so much for fast delivery that was advertised), the cameras did arrive. Cameras could not be used, as “ not supported by 5G”, although no mention was made of this, in tv ad. As such, they are useless to us. Sent an email , and was told we could return them at our own expense and they would refund 25% of the cost… approximately $35. I replied that I was not going to return them at our cost, and that they obviously needed our money more than we did. Another reply from them said we could keep the cameras( who cares?) and they would refund 50% of our $99+ cost. My final response expressed my annoyance at their customer service, and that I would tell my friends who had also seen the impressive-looking tv ad), not to bother.

Another YouTube scam product. Avoid....

Ignore the positive review with reviewers with only 1 review...

The cameras finally arrived. Tracking never came, but they just got here. I promised I would say that if they arrived, it wasn’t a scam.
I ordered six cameras on February 7, 2025.

I order 4 cameras 30 january 2025. until today 02 februari I got nothing and they charge 3x times the value. Very bad experience until now. SCAM...

Two words…lousy service ,30 days money back guarantee? Lie not truth , when you want refund ? They will tell you ,because your condition we can’t refund, because their rules! …. Only dispute charges to credit card! … it means … it’s your own risk!…..Never buy this product from YouTube ,they are out of USA （ Lithuania) no way to complain, because they don’t care.and also online service, talking like machines, not like as human being,such as ass hole. Sorry for my language, but it is my feeling after I conversation with them online from email.

Was ABOUT to buy, ALMOST did... BUT I got wiser and checked the ACTUAL reviews, FIRST (this time). Yeah, right.. 'Silicon Valley professionals in Lithuania' (...) Fake, scam and unbelievably dodgy..!! A fast search on the net directed me to CHINA manufacturers that sells these EXACT same cameras for about 90% OFF the "original" price!!! So, site is fake, company is fraud and claims are fabricated. So this is actually an illegal business as they pretend to be something they simply are not!! (Claims 1000+ user experiences reviews at an average 4,7* rating, then 3000+ 5 star ratings and 75000 "Happy Customers" (...) IF it walks, looks, AND quacks like a duck.. Well, then I think it IS a duck.. (This one is a "quacker" for sure..)

customer service is fictitious . Perhaps the product is too. I tried to cancel my order 10 minutes after making it ...apparently it was already packed and on its way, immediately after I made my request, at least according to an AI generated response.

Anyone considering buying anything from this company do not..
Total scam , crap customer service, All AI.
Took my money twice , can't even reply with a genuine email.

I am awaiting a delivery of a orbicam and a warranty and some sort of subscription???? Ordered 1 chip and was charged for 4????
Contacted customer support who in an hour and a half told me the order had been processed and packed and I couldn’t cancel it.
Strange I received an email 3 days later saying it had been shipped????
Been sent emails by 3 different people so far. I was told the warranty will be refunded but I’ve yet to see it.
This company sounds very dodgy and it looks like it is just out to scam money off you.
This has cost me £90+
Does anyone have a return address yet?
Is it one of these - ‘ Yes we’ll give you a refund if you send it back to China???😂

Email 11! To 7 different customer service reps who just keep sending emails that tell me my tracking number and never address the issue in any way. This is THE WORST customer service I have ever encountered. Complete runaround. They literally tell me I should go check at the incorrect address on another continent rather than fix their issue. From my email after being told my item already shipped when I contacted them within minutes of placing my order, 24 hours minimally before they shipped it: "Actually, I spoke to two people before it was shipped. After that, you notified me it was shipped. Though, that is irrelevant because the shipping address I gave you was this Peru address. You shipped it to my billing address I use for PayPal. I explained this in an email just 5 minutes after I received the confirmation and noticed that the address was not correct. 24 hours prior to it shipping.

This is the 6th time I have explained this.

You are the 6th person who has emailed me. All do not respond to what I'm saying the problem is. YOU USED THE BILLING ADDRESS INSTEAD OF THE SHIPPING ADDRESS I GAVE YOU . Long before it shipped I spoke to 2 different people.

How will this be corrected? You have shipped my item to a place I can not get to. To a place I did not ask you to. I understand technology isn't Perfecto I'm simply asking that you help get this resolved."

UPDATE: After this post on 2/18 I received a response from customer service and they are working to resolve this. I'm so glad. Once this is resolved I will update again.

having bought it yet as I feel it will eventually turned down to a scam. Starts all OK and when orders picked up, the Chinese batch runs out but they keep selling and not shipping.... I say that for 2 reasons:
1)The registrar of this website is popular amongst scammers
2) Location is Lithuania. Strange place for a Silicon Valley engineer ....

I ordered 4 cameras. Charged them fully. They don't work at night very well and don't hold charge for very long. I returned the cameras and have not received a refund. The 30 day money back guarantee appears to be a scam as they dont give you a return address immediately when you ask for it. Hopefully I will get a refund soon. Waiting patiently. Tracking number provided.

I could not get the camera to connect to the phone app or my WiFi. The camera would shut off as soon as the power source was removed; apparently no internal battery. I requested to return the cameras (5) that I bought but they offered a 50% refund in exchange for returning the cameras. The refund has not posted to my credit card. Now they are telling me I have to ship at my expense the cameras back to them but they will not give me a return address.

This has been so handy to keep an eye on my cat while I’m at work. I check the app to make sure he’s not scratching up the furniture, and the camera’s view is perfect. The video is clear enough that I can even tell what he's playing with!

I ordered 3 cameras at the price of $101.76 , we'll they charged my account 4 times plus an additional $9.99
