Oomie - Migraine & Headache Relief Arvostelua 68

Placed my order on 15/01 receiving an email on 16/01 to say it had shipped. I paid for 4-5 day shipping and only received it on 11/02. When I eventually got the shipping tracking link after speaking to customer care, it showed it had been shipped from China via the USA so 4-5 day shipping is an absolute lie. Customer service also lied to me and said it had shipped late due to stock issues but the tracking link showed different. It's like they're hiding that they drop ship from China.
The product did nothing to relieve my headache pain, after watching the demo videos many times it did absolutely nothing. I've suffered from tension and pressure headaches for years and I'll admit I will try anything now out of desperation but this seems like an absolute con to me, even thought there are many many positive reviews. I am returning for a full refund.
Edit to add: I have emailed to ask for a refund, they replied within minutes asking whether my item was in its original packaging and unused, I replied to say I had used it and now I'm being ignored. They very openly say anyone can return, no questions asked if it doesn't meet expectations.

I sent you an email last week asking for tracking nr and you confirmes the item was on its way.

This is really not good enought.

There is a reason all the positive reviews are from people who have only left 1 review; they’re fake! Doesn’t do a thing - some very clever marketing utilising someone who claims to have suffered with debilitating migraines and spent thousands, only to find relief with Zok. I doubt this is true!! You could stick you own finger in your ear to create a slight pressure and it would have exactly the same effect. I’m annoyed at myself for falling for it in desperation. Would have sent back for a refund but seems like such a difficult process it wasn’t worth the effort!

Ordered from them and was told 3-5 day delivery, I am now 3-4 weeks after and still no order. The app they tell you to use to keep an eye on the order is rubbish. I have emailed them a few times and they keep telling me that they are waiting for stock to arrive and won’t give me a refund. Do not buy from this company.

Product didn’t work. Despite promises for a full refund I am still struggling to get a refund.

This is dispatched from China not the UK so the delivery times on the website are an outright lie. Takes 3 weeks to arrive and the customer service department do everything they can to try and cover up this fact. Ordered as a gift, so had to buy something else. It’s now turned up and is very cheaply made. They cause headaches, not help them! Beware.

They stated on the website it would arrive in 1-2 days but it took weeks. They drop ship from China. Now I'm stuck with a product that I won't use as it was a gift for a friend. Customer service was unhelpful and I would avoid this company.

ich bin mit dem produkt nicht zufrieden habe mehrere mails geschickt das ich es gerne retournieren würde bekomme nicht einmal eine antwort zurück aber schreiben auf ihrer website das sie wenn und aber es zurück nehmen bei nicht gefallen bin enttäuscht würde gerne mein geld zurück bekommen!!

I was very curious to try this one. At first, I was skeptical because the product looked very simple. The device is supposed to relieve pressure from your head. I've used it a couple of times already, doing 3-4 'rounds' for each ear, and the headache actually starts to go away. I recommend!
