Awful customer service - paid £50 for two Oomies and travel cases and never arrived. No response to emails when contacting them apart from first one which Said be patient should arrive in 5 working days / never received

Ordered 22nd feb but have not received anything, can not get an answer from a real person.
Disappointed

Scam!!!! Ordered two weeks ago and did not receive an order. No answers from the support either.

If I could give a minus review, I would.
Absolute scam company preying on people suffering with migraines and willing to try anything.
Product never received and all emails being ignored.
Was promised quick delivery but goods actually come from China and not the UK.
Avoid this company at all costs.

Oomie is a scam, it didn't work for me so I contacted support within the 30 days for a return, they agreed for the return and money back but didn't provide me a returns address. I have emailed them 5 times now with different email addresses but they have never replied, and I can't find a returns address anywhere. Avoid.

Ordered. They took £5 than I agreed when I hit pay, they said tough. The product didn’t work. They don’t answer emails. I returned with a postage receipt. They didn’t refund even though I met all their conditions. I contacted my card company who were going to refund but oomie said they never got the return parcel, they refused to put in writing they didn’t get the parcel so I could go to Royal Mail. I have a feeling this is a scam company. I’m going back to my card company. If you read this avoid this company like the plague.

Do not order from this company, ordered mid Feb, no update on the order, no communication have contacted them three times and have been ignored. Do not waste your money

I ordered the product in December 2024 and have never received it. 26/01/2025 I sent an email asking where the order was, I was told someone was looking into it and would respond in 2-3 business days. I never received a reply. I emailed again on 12/02/2025 and this was ignored. I have emailed yet again today but I expect this will be ignored too. Do not waste your money - this is clearly a scam. Look at their social media page comments, many many people who have not received their order and requests for refunds being ignored.

I ordered one on 24th February 2025 and it's now the 5th of March and still NOT received it. I've emailed company 28th February, no response. Tried their AI chat today 5/3 and told real person be in contact in a couple of minutes, it's been 6hrs and no response! They've had my money, I've got a migraine and they don't care! The customer, only their money, seems to be what the company cares about!!

Avoid at all costs, definitely a scam website. Ordered and paid for product on 14th February and still not received. I've reached out to Customer Service 4 times for a full refund with no response to that either.

I was skeptical about ordering because there were both good and bad reviews, but unfortunately, I’ve had the same bad experience others have warned about. I am still waiting for my refund, and despite reaching out multiple times, I have received little to no communication or updates.

The lack of urgency and customer service is completely unacceptable. It should not take this long to process a simple refund, and I am extremely frustrated with the delays. At this point, I feel like I am being ignored, and that is not how a business should treat its customers. I expected better, but instead, I am left chasing a resolution that should have been handled promptly. This needs to be resolved immediately.

Ordered 12th Feb not arrived. Sent multiple emails and even stayed on open chat waiting for an available adviser from 8am until 18.30 on 2 occasions. No response. Raising this as a case with my bank as bought 2. Do not buy from this company. I think this is a scam site. No direct number to ring. Had one email on 13th saying the item is on its way but no tracking link or further correspondence.

Such a disappointment have been waiting 17 days for delivery but still has not arrived and customer services not responding, I was really hoping this would help with severe migraines but obviously will never find out, not a reliable company at all, I have requested a refund

...på siden dems står det 2 til 5 dager, det burde stå leveringstid på 2 til 5 måneder. Pakken med det jeg bestilte kom omsider idag og dette firmaet burde være flinkere på kundeservice!

i placed my order on the 7th feb and was told delivery in 3-5 days. order still not arrived and when you contact them via email no response!

I would give zero stars if I could. My first order was delayed and now my second order that should have arrived in 5 days is now a month overdue. They wait for the customer to approach them then they make excuses and when you request a refund they ignore you completely.

Scam, didn’t receive order

Didn't work and when requesting a refund they totally ignore you. This is obviously one of those pop up scam companies that sell as much as possible as quickly as possible, dont honour refunds and disappear once the owner has enough money. The materials used arent worth the price tag and it doesnt work. Avoid this company

Taken 12 days to ship. Prior to shipping I asked where the order was and they asked me for my shipping details when I had already provided the order number. I responded and no response from the Customer Service team but then received a notification 2 days later that it'd been shipped. It still hasn't arrived 16 days after ordering when they say 3-5 days on the website. I will be returning it whether it works or not.
