Platform with hundred of bugs, been trying to solve my issues with the support team but the services is horrible. The issue I got was generated by the own platform and they could never solve it. They don't have the tools or processes to get to the people that can actually help you.

The worst service ever. Hidden fees, continues errors

Ontop provides great customer service, beautiful user-friendly UX, and is fast at attending needs and fixing issues reported. Ontop's financial services are great for international, remote workers. It's very quick and easy to set up an account and start hiring. If you have a larger workforce to invite, you can come back daily to check their onboarding progress. Also, it has a few native integrations with useful HR vendors.

I love that I receive my money always on time, and they are always transparent with money transfer dates and times. I get my money a fixed day so I can transfer it on the same day to my local account

I have used Ontop's financial services for taking out my compensation money's. I have been able to transfer not just to my own bank account but to some family, which is very good as I have different possibilities.

The ability to send money to any bank in the world, and flexibility to be able to travel and live in many places while also working.

they “forget” to add the full amount every month. unless i keep an eye on every payment, report it, fight with a representative on whatsapp, i would never get my money. And the worst part is I have to wait another month to get the delayed money in my bank account, and they force me to have it sit in my ontop account. Unreliable, frustrating, unsafe and overall a scam. DO NOT TRUST.

Ontop has been great, it is easy to use and offers me the chance to do a lot of thing with my money.

Son unos grandes ladrones , te roban el dinero. Honestamente a este punto estoy por proceder legalmente ya que me han robado mucho dinero y no me han resuelto. Tengo desde diciembre problemas con su descaro en ROBAR. Legalmente dice que si la empresa no resuelvo se puede proceder con demanda
