Janelle's massage was awesome. I could barely stand when she arrived, my back pain was so bad, but I was almost upright at the end of the massage! Relaxing yet also remedial.

SCAM - do not use them
SCAM! I booked a massage for 9/12 and the provider showed up a week early, claiming I accepted an alternate date. She also claimed to show up to a house and have spoken to the owner when a house number wasn't even provided in the booking. I spoke to the business on the phone asking how it's possible to book something without my consent of an alternate date. They offered no resolution and told me I agreed to their no show policy when booking. I asked for platform credit and got nothing. DO NOT USE THEM.

So easy to use, clear and concise. Just register your details, select a date and time, the beauty/well being option you need which is all pre-priced, add any additional comments/requirements and submit. An available provider will then accept your request and that's it! I was impressed with the service and the make up artist did a fab job. Would highly recommend Blys.

My Husband and I had a great experience with Yalan. I booked her massage service as a surprise for my Husband for Father’s Day. The booking process is extremely smooth and easy and the service itself left my husband feeling great. This is a great idea for birthdays or special occasions.

Disgusting! Needs investigating!
My friend sent me this as I’m in need of a lymphatic drainage massage. I specifically asked for female preferred, which looks like I was assigned to a male called “Niraj”.
They messaged me to confirm seeing me tomorrow, then went on to ask me question who I live with and was quite persistent with it. This then made me a bit cautious. I decided to come on trust pilot to look up reviews, to my surprise found a 1 star bad review 5 days ago of someone saying a guy showed up with sex toys.
This is absolutely disgusting and SHOULD NOT be advertised. I feel like this is a target to women, and of course dangerous considering an address is used. Not to mention, with a name with “Niraj” without sounding racist or offensive, a lot of them have different cultures to abuse and groom women.
This is the last thing I’d be wanting, being fresh out of surgery a few days ago I find this sickening.
I don’t think this site should be allowed if anyone can just sign up and come to your house when not qualified or inexperienced.
My boyfriend was saying about leaving the house with my toddler and I am so glad after this alarming message I LOOKED INTO IT!
But this could happen to anyone, especially vulnerable or disabled people especially women. I’m mortified.
They’ve taken my money. £90 they charged me a few days ago, and now I don’t even think I’m going to get that back.
I want to take this higher and I will be going to management or whoever runs this site about this because this is totally unacceptable.
A professional would not ask me such questions. This needs investigating asap.
