Scam !!! 100% scam, they don't even respect their sales conditions.
Their customer service agent plays with words in order to always be right, once they don't know what to say they don't hesitate to automatically redirect you to a bot.

THESE ARE NOT KEYS BUT NINTENDO SWITCH ACCOUNTS, at no time is this written on the product description or on the general conditions of sale.

Their whole “instant delivery” is false and u will have to wait days for ur product

I will give it a 4 star because how ugly it is to get the game making a new account is fine because I can still use my main one but looking for all the codes and etc is annoying I’m a real person no cap and I did get the game but the wait is long because you have to look in your email go to redeem and a page will popup I forgot how I got to that point but it was very annoying and long to find it out I thought they took my money but it turns out they didn’t

Scammers, they took my money and didn't deliver anything. Not worth the hassle.

Made me create a new user and link our accounts. Too sketchy. Gonna ask for a refund but from these reviews I probably won't get my money back. THEY DO NOT TELL YOU ABOUT LINKING ACCOUNTS BEFORE YOU BUY. It says digital purchase with a redeemable code but it's all crap. I'm out $60 and my son is upset. Cool 🙄

If I could do 0 stars, I would. I should've done the research before buying. Ordered a Switch game and they tried to get me to add an entire different account instead of sending a valid digital code for my Switch.

Edit as of March 2025: I had to file a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. Still never received an actual product, just steps on how to attach another account to your Switch. Scam.

Well, what you have put is very wonderful. There are two important things. The first is the ease of explanation and the steps shown when purchasing. The second is the speed of technical support, response, and assistance in a very ideal way.

I bought the game and it wasn't delivered even though they had 3 hdoiny to deliver nothing happened I wrote about the problem they said they are loaded the next day nothing.. so I wrote and over and over it's been like a week and still nothing even refund the money it's a scam site and don't get ripped off this is a real review others who praise this site are bots

I have ordered something, which I wanted to refund Not Event an hour later. They told me the refund is going to take up to 28 days. Now a month and a half later I have still received nothing. Upon asking the customer service they told me same thing, but without the 28 days part. They just said it takes a long time.

Purchased my game on Thursday afternoon. Its now Sunday and still waiting for my delivery. What is the point of a digital service if its this slow.
I'd probably have the hard disc by now if i'd ordered it instead.
Terrible service, would never use again.

Hace semanas compré un juego para Nintendo Switch en GetAGame, donde me proporcionaron una cuenta en lugar de un código o juego físico. A los pocos días, mi consola fue bloqueada por Nintendo, perdiendo el acceso completo a las funciones online.

Contacté con el servicio de atención al cliente, y aunque inicialmente me ofrecieron un reembolso y un vale de 100 € como compensación, hasta la fecha no he recibido ni la solución prometida ni el vale. La única respuesta que he obtenido son disculpas y excusas, sin ningún avance real en la resolución del problema.

Además, no han sido transparentes sobre los pasos que están tomando para solucionar esta situación ni sobre su responsabilidad en este caso. Mi consola sigue bloqueada, y ahora parece evidente que esta empresa no cumple con sus compromisos ni respeta a sus clientes.

Si estás considerando comprar aquí, piénsalo dos veces. Mi experiencia demuestra que pueden estar utilizando prácticas poco éticas o incluso fraudulentas.

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, I must say it is both an excellent response and a lie. I have copies of emails in which one of your agents admits responsibility for the issue.

Additionally, my console was barely a month old, and the only other game installed was the one that came pre-installed from the factory. There was no intention of any illegal use on my part. However, your services have been interpreted by Nintendo as harmful and illegal, resulting in the console being banned.

I want to warn other users: by choosing this company, they are not saving money; they are risking losing their console’s online functionality while you wash your hands of the matter.

They helped me understand this process that I was totally new to and thought I was getting scammed but then they helped me understand that I was doing something wrong.

Awful T&C:
I bought a game less than a year ago (BG3). First the game is Japanese so a lot of the game has filters on it due to the censorship there. But the game worked fine. However after some time of not playing it I thought I would give it another play and now it has completely locked me out. I tried to download it again but alas. They have refused to give me another key. And therefore i have lost my time and money. Horrible.
