Ich habe ein Spiel über diesen Anbieter gekauft und war enttäuscht, als ich feststellte, dass ich nicht das Spiel selbst erwerbe, sondern lediglich temporären Zugang über einen Drittanbieter-Account bekomme. Der Verkäufer hat dies nicht deutlich gemacht, und die Informationen darüber waren irreführend.

Als ich versuchte, von meinem Widerrufsrecht Gebrauch zu machen, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass dies aufgrund der „AGB“ des Anbieters nicht möglich sei. Das ist rechtlich nicht korrekt! Laut EU-Recht habe ich als Käufer ein 14-tägiges Widerrufsrecht, auch bei digitalen Produkten – es sei denn, ich habe explizit und korrekt zugestimmt, darauf zu verzichten, was in diesem Fall nicht passiert ist.

Ich fühle mich betrogen und werde meinen Kauf über meine Zahlungsmethode zurückfordern. Ich rate dringend ab, bei diesem Anbieter zu kaufen, da er irreführende Produkte verkauft und gesetzlich nicht korrekt handelt.

Nach mehreren Diskussionen wurde mir die Rückerstattung schließlich gewährt. Am besten geht man über den Live-Chat, um eine Lösung zu erreichen.

Getting a refund is likely not possible.

Everything was very smooth from beginning to end. Any kind of troubleshooting that was needed, they are readily available and there is minimal to no wait time to get in contact with an agent via the chat option. I highly recommend them as they have great service, and unbeatable prices.!

These motherf€(&%{# sell account details that have the game installed, you basically just pay for gamesharing. Run away from this shitty ass scam website!!!!! There are mutch better alternatives! There is absolutely no where info to be found that they sell account details to get a game!!!! Anywhere on this website.

Pagas y no te dan nada a cambio. Te ponen un contador de 48horas comó si fueras a recibir algo en ese tiempo, pero es mentira. En mi caso tuve que interactuar con elllos por el chat y reclamar sin que me hicieran mucho caso.
Siempre te dicen en otras palabras que te aguantes y esperes y que ya te llegará el pedido por la noche ...todo mentira obviamente.
El pedido me llegó 5 días después del pago, y creo que me llegó porque puse una reclamación sería, miles de comentarios negativos y me puse por las malas con ellos, si no dudo que me lo hubiera enviado.
Por último, no me gustó que lo que te dan es una cuenta de la que te puedes descargar lo que haya en dicha cuenta, incluido el juego que compraste
En mi opinión no merece la pena el mal rato y no volvere a comprar ahí.

Robbery. They sell access to their accounts. No real product... no refunding possible!!

The customer service was quick and great! My only issue was that it wasn't obviously advertised as an account, rather than for an individual access code. Otherwise everything was swift and intuitive, and the game works perfectly!

So first off let me explain! that there customer service sucks! I got 3 games but in accounts but at any time that person deletes there Nintendo account I will lose 60 bucks, Secondly there company guilt trips you to thinking your wrong and gaslights you! They will use excuses by saying it's in the process and you will wait for 3 days until you get to point where u are like it not coming and flag for fraud which then will get your Nintendo switch Ban for online access!! I'm pretty sure a bunch of Indians that own this company the way it is operated cause it definitely is a scam any 5 star review is a bot! Don't waste your money cause they gave me a refund but I'm pretty sure it's not coming! Also I have no online access anymore and was told by Nintendo themselves they couldn't do anything about it!

A load of rubbish. Went through all there crazy steps but at the end there was no game. 100% scam.

Dont buy there, mostly no Codes, Account resell... Support using excuses when something is wrong. No refund since almost a month.
