Dependable and great to deal with
This is the second time German Parts have helped me out. On both occasions they have been brilliant. David & Joe in particular have been great to deal with. Knowledgeable, helpful and efficient.

Helpfull and a great product.
When ordering my headlights the person on the other end of the phone was really helpfull and made sure I was ordering the correct ones. Delivery was well on time and the price for the headlights was a fraction of what I was quoted by a main dealer. Also peace of mind with a six month warranty. Now fitted. Thanks.

I am sorry but how is this even a genuine review?
Your stating what we supply is not genuine yet your saying you have never received goods from us? How could you possibly know the condition of our goods if you have never received them?
Would you care to actually enlighten us as to who you are and give us your order number, name and contact details? As we now believe that you are leaving multiple bad reviews in different names.

Super service from all at German parts
Super service from all at German parts. I needed a new headlamp. Mercedes advised the part was on back order and could not provide any indication as to lead time. Not only they work tirelessly to get me the part I needed, they also made sure it functioned perfectly after it had been fitted by my own third party.
I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them

Con artists and trash, cheap quality
Dissapointed to say the least.
they never deliver within the time stated, and send me cheap parts that aren’t even close to the original thing and they are always faulty, and hide bad reviews from their trust pilot.

You can’t please everyone!
I have been dealing with German Parts for a while now, I buy salvage cars, repair them and sell them on.
In the last 2 years of dealing with German Parts I can quite honestly say I have never had a problem, every part I have purchased has been either brand new or top quality second hand, priced perfectly and I have even put cars in for repair with them as they don’t just supply parts.
I can see some bad reviews on here and I can quite honestly say “you can’t please everyone” that’s just business, these guys are honest kind people, something you don’t often get in this trade anymore.
I will always do business with them!

After months of being messed around by many suppliers, supplied the incorrect headlight twice and scammed German Parts really saved the day!
I purchased a brand new BMW 5 series headlight and an extremely great price (compared to the dealer) as my headlight was extremely hard to come by German Parts advised me they would need to order it in and would take roughly 3-5 working days to arrive, as promised it arrived at my door on the 5th day and wrapped perfectly, had it fitted at my local garage who unfortunately didn’t have the right equipment to code the headlight so was forced to go to my local main dealer, none the less was coded without any issues and I am finally back on the road!
Big thank you to Joseph and his team, would highly recommend!

Poor after sales service
Enquired about a headlight for my Audi - great initial communication and confirmed they could supply the part I asked for - offered a discount - thought "great".
Very quick delivery but only to find that they had not supplied the part number I asked for - sent an earlier edition, which, Audi advised not to fit to my car.
Asked if they could supply the part number I needed or a refund. No attempt was made to supply the part I needed and was told to order it from Audi. Returns authorised and I was told that a refund would be processed within 3-5 working days after receipt of the returned goods. Never happened.
That was the middle of August and I have only just managed to get my refund this week after having to chase it up.
Very poor after sales service and to be honest, would avoid.

We don’t feel as though our service warranted a 1 star review, the part numbers for the headlight we supplied you are listed on our website, all of which correspond to your vehicle, all car manufacturers supersede and preceded part numbers on all parts, all of which fit your vehicle otherwise they would not be supplied.
You did not even attempt to fit the headlight to your vehicle because you didn’t believe us about superseded and preceded part numbers, had you listened to us and fitted the headlight you would have found that the advise you was given was correct.
A refund was offered as we was unable to supply the part number you requested, we insisted you purchased a brand new light from the main dealer as you seemed to keep going to them for information, unusual considering you purchased a headlight from us to save money, didn’t believe our advice yet seek advice from the main dealer instead of paying there prices?
Your refund was processed within 3 working days of receiving the goods back, you was advised we had an issues with our payments and refunds facilities which caused a delay in you receiving your refund, at which point you was offered a refund via transfer (this completely goes against company policy) this was done to ensure you receive your refund instead waiting a further 5 working days.
In the future we strongly recommend just going straight to the main dealer as you seemed to favour their advice over ours.

I am not quite sure why anyone is giving these guys bad reviews without going into it to much I bought a headlight from them which was not suitable and without delay I have just received a notification with my refund pending on my PayPal account, the owner Joe as well as his team have been more than helpful and they are far from rude like some reviews state I would definitely go back to them for any future parts I might require and my son in law who has a garage is now going to use them as their prices are very competitive.

This company has been extremely helpful from the moment I bought an item from them - They have a wassap number where you can easily contact them with any questions and you will receive a response straight away. They have gone above & behind to help make sure I received my parts down to the owner of the company actually personally delivering the part himself to me.
